I think Denver has the best storytelling. The title to enshrine two-time MVP, Jokic. NBA didn't give twice the best player to a loser

LA is the biggest market, Lebron the biggest star, but maybe there's a weariness around them.

The duo Tatum-Brown and Buttler are not stars of the height of Lebron or have the recent dominance of Jokic. They didn't win one, let alone two MVPs. In terms of storytelling, it's better for the league if Jokic wins his title

I'm rooting for Nuggets....but I can see Lakers, Celtics, even Heat winning it (can't count out Butler)

Last time Heat were in the finals against Lakers they lost Dragic who was a 20 ppg scorer for them....nobody brings that up though.

Unreal that we have 2 bottom (7/8) seeds in the conference Finals
Good luck convincing players about the importance of showing up consistently in the regular season LOL

Vegas flip-flops like every day. If LA wins Game 1, LA's odds will skyrocket. C's drop Game 1, Nuggets will take the lead, etc.

Yeah I mean that's their job, to balance the betting at any point in time, not to tell us who's gonna win. And they're really good at their job.

Eh, Vegas has had the Celtics pretty much the same most of the year. There hasn't been any flip flopping going on which is why they've been massive co-favorites most of the year and now clearly the main favorite.

The flip flopping is fine after games but the true tell of a favorite is when the series is even or hasn't even begun yet.

I would love to see the Nuggets win but Murray has to lead them and stand on his head.

Heard this story last year

their kryptonite (GSW) is eliminated and they seemed to have toughened up a bit. They are also a bit deeper now with Time Lord healthy and Brogdon added

I'll be very surprised if Boston don't win.

Celtics or Nuggets are naturally the favorites and should be. I’m biased but I’d take the Celtics anyways.

Despite my massive respect for Jokic and the Nuggets, as a Celtics fan and in the season the entire NBA is honouring the great Bill Russell....I really would love to see a Celtics win over the Lakers in the NBA Finals.
This is hardly even fair, the rest of the league is playing checkers and Danny Ainge is playing 12-dimensional chess.

I'll go nuggets. But, I'd feel a lot better if I knew which players were going to get 2 quick fouls in the first quarter.
"Thibs called back and wanted more picks," said Jorge Sedano. "And Pat Riley, literally, I was told, called him a mother-bleeper and hung up the phone."

I think Boston will finally get it done with this group. If the Lakers had homecourt advantage on the Nuggets, I’d maybe pick them but i think they won’t be able to overcome this particular disadvantage.
