Feel that. After my team had gotten body slammed by injuries and the wheels fell off again, I had to really take a step back and remind myself that sports and entertainment shouldn't stress me so much.

Oooff, as much as I'd like to, even I know when it's time to hang it up. Embiid MVP to this version in the playoffs is a pretty significant fall from grace. Still like the dude, but I'm not going to get caught up the same way, until we get out of the 2nd round. Such a sad statement to say with an MVP on your team, but that is now the reality.

Ya Embiid’s not on Jokic’s level. And that’s not a put down either. I honestly think we are witnessing a guy that has a chance to be in the conversation as a top 10 player when it’s all said and done.

I think that will just come down to what kind of team success he will have over his career. When it comes to individual talent, we are just witnessing something rare and special. I mean Jokic flirted with a 25ppg triple double this year while having a 70 TS% which led the league. Did that while leading his team to the #1 seed.

Just to put that into perspective, that’s an automatic MVP for basically any player that has played this game except for about 2-3 guys. And it’s not automatic for a few guys because they played at such a high level for a long enough time, where those kinds of numbers no longer leave people in awe. It’s expected.

Now we are watching him somehow one up his play in the playoffs. We’re just at a point with Jokic that it’s best just to sit back and enjoy what you’re watching. He’s going to be one of those players 20-30 years from now you talk about how amazing it was to watch him.

The morons who are using Nash's name to measure something for being worse than something else, should be ashamed of themselves. He carried that overrated team for years, he made Stoudemire look like a million bucks even though he was highly flawed players. Nash well deserved both of those MVP titles and he was as well a very good play off performer .

Specifically, Nash really proved it in the playoffs both of those years by upping his stats big time and going to the Western Conference Finals both years (the second year with Amar'e out for the season). He lost to very good Spurs and Mavs teams but even in those losses there were plenty of injuries and funny business that happened to the Suns.

Nash consistently raised his level of play in the playoffs so I'm not sure why Nash is the parallel here for whoever tweeted that.

The "worst since Nash" thing comes from people like Nick Wright. He tried to constantly compare Jokic to Nash, attempting to devalue them both.

When Jokic was on pace to win his first MVP in 2021, Wright said he would be the worst MVP in 35 years.

So, many people don't actually think Nash was a bad MVP. They're just using these statements (worst since Nash) to hit back at the overdone criticism of Jokic.

Honestly, this is what happens when you rely on flopping as much as he does. You just don't get the same calls in the playoffs.

There's no coincidences why guys like Embiid, Harden, CP3 and Flop City, Derozan, Lowry (before kawhi) were all seen as playoff chokers. The players who rely on flopping will always get exposed come playoff time.

Funny how people keep hating on Nash's MVP's, but dude was +9 ppg during the postseason for his first one, averaged the same assists(11), and carried to the WCF. That's what a MVP does. This isn't directed at you, but that stat in your post is staggering.

It was 100% a grade 1 sprain which is anywhere from a week or 2 off. The reason they never released it is so they can use it as an excuse.
