All Primes: 2001 Bucks vs 2002 Celtics

Post#1 » by SelakStreet » Mon May 15, 2023 1:43 am

Who would win a best of 7 with all players in their average prime condition and with 2001 rules/refs?

Prime 2001 Bucks
Sam Cassell / Lindsey Hunter
Ray Allen / Michael Redd
Glenn Robinson / Jerome Kersey
Tim Thomas / Jason Caffey
Ervin Johnson / Scott Williams

Prime 2002 Celtics
Kenny Anderson / Erick Strickland
Tony Delk / Eric Williams
Paul Pierce / Walter McCarty
Antoine Walker / Rodney Rogers
Mark Blount / Tony Battie

Note: 2001 Bucks get a training camp with 2002 coaches to learn how the offense operates

The 2001 Bucks should sweep this one. Outside of Paul Pierce, that Celtics roster is awful.

Michael Redd off the bench is better than any player on the Celtics not named Pierce.

Allen, Cassell, Redd, Robinson, Kersey. Bucks easily.
