The Heat are without Herro and Dipo, both part of their top 8 players.
They're just lacking so much horsepower that they just won't have enough to match the Celtics output.
It's a different story if both Herro and Dipo are healthy.
But right now, best case scenario for the Heat is they win one game in this east finals.

With 39 votes cast over one day, "Celtics in 6 or 7" has a 2:1 advantage over "Celtics in 4 or 5", so most of us aren't seeing what you're seeing, but you're not alone in your optimism. I look at the top -- Butler, Bam, and Spo -- not the bottom (Oladipo).
The only thing that matters is winning the series and staying healthy. Celtics over Heat has a 12:1 advantage, and one of those votes was an error, so more like 19:1 in terms of what Celtics fans meant to vote

Celtics are the same as last year except Brogdon has replaced Grant Williams, who played a ton of minutes and averaged 8 ppg. Offense should be much more dynamic this series.
Boston didn’t really struggle with the Heat’s offense, outside of game 1. Held them to 95 or less three times. Unless the really ugly Celtics we all know and love show up a lot Boston is a solid favorite.
