- its up to denver to save the world
- if you believe in nba commish dictating a series to get the best matchups in finals, then lakers vs denver is primed for some fishy officiating. i hope that **** died with stern, but when you have have either lebron/lakers in finals or denver, its tempting to meddle aka lakers/blazers, lakers/kings from late 90s early 2000s. controlling denver is easy, just have joker get called for 2 fouls every 1st q. lakers lead league in fouls drawn so nobody would think its out of ordinary.
- shame on 29 teams for completely missing on reeves. how?
- shame on teams gifting lakers at least 4 rotation guys at deadline in return for lakers trash

Denver just need to win at home. The Denver altitude hopefully wears down LeBron and AD.

I think the Lakers would have won the title last season had they not made the Westbrook trade and simply added Monk/Reaves for their offseason.

Reaves/Caruso
KCP/Monk/Bradley
Lebron/THT
Kuzma/Melo/Gabriel
AD/Howard

That Westbrook trade might be the most schizo move I can remember a team making (trading pick 13 for 27 during last draft is up there).

Monk and Reaves are supposed to heal Anthony Davis and make him play more than 40 games?

Monty Williams, Nick Nurse, and even Budenholzer being available while Cliff is still here on a multi year deal....

Bud will likely take a sabbatical because of his personal loss. Even if we have an opening at the coaching spot, Williams and Nurse would probably exhaust their options before taking a look at Charlotte. Honestly, I don't mind having Clifford for another season. I can't imagine having three different coaches in three seasons will bode well for this young team.

Ja Morant is such an idiot.

Seeing all these headlines about other teams coaching searches is so depressing lol

Someone should photoshop Cliffords face onto the picture of Jack Nicholson at the end of The Shining where it shows him as the caretaker of the hotel in a picture from like the 20s. Or I guess it could make more sense to shoop his face onto the coach from a Charlotte team photo from the 90s.

Thats basically how I feel about Clifford at this point. Dude has always been the Charlotte coach and always will be. Hes like a ghost haunting the franchise.

The entire timeline of events would be different and Davis/Lebron wouldn't be in the exact positions in same games to get the same injuries as they did in the real scenario.

Its obviously possible they get different injuries and miss most of the season, but thats just the thing with those guys and I was meaning that if they were healthy they could have won the championship with that roster.

most hornet coaching move ever., if Cliff was let go..

we interview bud, monty, nurse, vogel etc... and settle on mark jackson or patrick ewing lol

but we arent firing cliff and i'm ok w/ that (also ok if they do). we need a year of stability more than we need an elite coach. cliff is good enough to get this core to playoffs (if everyone is healthy and miles returns and we dont blow our picks). now, if cliff is deep underwater by end of dec, fine to cut bait.

It’s hard not to admire this heat team, who expected them to compete like this? Seriously

We need to send spies to Miami to figure out what they did to Caleb so we can use it on Cody.

Mazzula is such a bad coach.

Miami is just making everything difficult on them meanwhile Heat offense is humming and putting every guy in the perfect situation to succeed. Tatum anytime he gets a clear look at the basket is heaving it because Boston literally isn't producing him any good looks or matchups.

Zeller and Martin are going to the Finals.

Who would've thought that was ever possible.
