Sasser is a good athlete, great shooter and good hands and wingspan for his size that should allow him to compete in the NBA. I can't see why he doesn't get first round consideration given this is a shooter's league.
Because he's 22 years old already.
Didn't stop Sac from drafting Davion Mitchell or Indy from drafting Chris Duarte in their lottery years. Not saying they were the right moves, but teams in general aren't afraid to draft older players if they see fit and immediate impact. I think patience level is getting shorter for some teams and the older college player is not a bad gamble because they tend to have a high floor.
