The best spot Wemby could have landed. A ground floor rebuild with him as the centerpiece, the best coach in the league, and a tremendous developmental group.

Is this what it's going to be the rest of the playoffs, touting Jokic and Tatum numbers? We know, we know - Embiid was awful.

Jokic is 7-10 in the first half. No wasted movement. No fadeaway jumpers. No holding the ball while 4 other guys stand around and watch.

I wish Embiid could perform like him in the playoffs.

Amazing player. Hopefully his dominance shames Embiid into getting in better shape and adjusting his game next year.

I think the biggest difference is basketball IQ. Let's just leave it there..

If Joel was willing to get dirty, we would have won the series vs Celtics. By getting dirty, I mean gluing to the dunker spot, crashing the boards, scoring under the basket, quicker ball movement, C & S.

For some reason, he seemed to avoid it. I think it could be due to his injury history and being a fadeaway jump shooter could prolong his career.

I hope Mark Jackson is getting a good look at Jokic a guy he didnt feel was worthy of a MVP vote of any kind. Embiid could learn a lot from Jokic.

I remember when Jimmy went nuts in the bubble and I said to myself I hope Ben is watching because he should be playing like this. Well Ben never did and I think we are locked into Embiid being Embiid. But a new coach and the fact that he has his MVP at last might be cause for change. But I doubt it.

That's just it I don't recall the Lakers ever saying anything about Fultz. Or maybe Lavar was talking so loud about how great Ball was gong to be on the Lakers that I could not hear anything else. Either way props to Ainge he played collars like a drum.

Possibly but then again Embiid has been known to dive on the floor and 10 rows into the stands for loose balls so it's not like he never sacrifices his body to make a play.

If Branham is as good as this forum thought pre-draft, then the Spurs should be set for the next 15 years. All they need is a PG & they’ll have the full starting lineup PG/Branham/Vassell/Sochan/Wemby.

Biid is too online to not hear all the slander...and unlike Ben he has seemed to actually listen to criticism as seen by Shaq and Chuck always getting on him.

I just hope he takes the right lesson from it..

We can presume many of them, but I'd love to hear the names of the more notable of the75-100 players in the NBA who these guys feel 'stink'.

It's even more amazing than that. They tanked third time and got David Robinson.

I think Jackson's explanation that he stupidly thought he was voting the top 5 based on positions is more plausible but who knows.

If I'm Morey, I'm considering giving Huff a 1 year prove it deal. 3&D in the center form. Closed out the season with some solid numbers.

So nice to watch a game where I am not emotionally involved. Miami is a very fit team, they scrap, scramble and dive for every lose ball. Does anyone know how many point Jason Tatum scored against the 76ers, because I think the announcers only mentioned it 100 times. OMG. Nice win Miami.
