The Scoot Henderson Thread

The #2 pick, and I think it's between 3 players, since the draft is already not that far away and there isn't a lot of time like the NFL draft for players to rise/fall

Another plus for Scoot over Miller - he's got that DAWG in him and we need that sort of player on this soft ass team

Scoot has a tier 2 grade so I generally say go with the BOP but I don't know if he's a fit with Ball. That said, Henderson would be the best bet. He got more upside to me than Ball.

LaMelo can shoot and he's 6'7. The fit concerns with Scoot are overblown.

Got that dog in him just sounds like a buzz phrase. I don't think it really means anything!

I want to compare their basketball skills not false bravado/tough guy vibes

Where's UNCNYC? I remember he was one of the first to talk up Scoot years ago.

Gleague Ignite team was pretty bad and Scoot voluntarily sat out their last 6 games or so in the midst of an awful shooting streak. Not sure that screams he has that dog in him to me.

scoot is 90% morant with better defense, leadership and hopefully better offcourt decision making. sign me up.
melo thrives off-ball as much as on
melo in secondary actions after scoot drives and kicks, watch out
melo-scoot-miles-pj-mark w/ gordon, terry, dsj, nick, cody off bench + hopefully a 3pt shooter in FA -> top 8
