Anybody that plays with LeBron is always going to be the media scapegoat when his team isn't doing well.

If the nuggets win it all Jokic is pretty easily the best player in the world. Champion, finals MVP, would be 3 peat league mvp winner if they didn’t feel bad for Embiid this season

Game 1 and Lakers have already found how to effectively guard Jokic. He’s going to have to adjust to them playing AD off him in the paint or it doesn’t bode well for the Nuggets

I think it might be a more competitive series than I expected. Nuggets were crushing but when it got down to a one-possession game the Lakers simply didn't finish them. That was a pretty serious lapse but it can be fixed.

Lakers could have won that if they didn't start small. Rui for sure starts next series. And I'd bench Dlo as well. If Dlo isn't making shots, he's a huge negative. I like Schroeder's defense on Murray.
I'm sure Nuggets will adjust for game 2 but I think Lakers win it and this series goes 7.
But LA loose game 2, then Denver might win in 6

If Nuggets go up 2-0 and Malone actually adjusts to them putting a smaller guy on Jokic so AD can roam the paint and they can double with someone else, I still have the Nuggets winning. Those are big IFs though, especially since Denver is trash defensively and I fully expect the Lakers to still get whatever they want on offense.

Lakers woulda won if the ball wasn't in Lebron's hands for him to miss clutch 3's.... Woulda had AD shoot a 2 and keep the pressure on the Nuggets. Still think the Nuggets are gonna take the series but a game 1 steal was there to be had for LAL.

LeBron had to take that shot, but he really should have driven it. If they had fouled him (a great chance) he still might have gotten an and-one and tied the game. Might have even gotten Murray to foul out.
