Scoot is being mentored by Charlotte's favorite son (Steph Curry), he's friends with LaMelo off the court, and Jordan loves athletic guards with a nasty streak. I don't buy that the team is locked in on Miller in the slightest.

If it is true, I assume he's tanking to not be in Charlotte. With Scoot being, IMO, the better prospect, hopefully that forces them to make the correct decision.

I've been reading/watching more Miller lately, and I think he will turn out a fine NBA player.

People are going crazy over Jalen Williams averaging 14 ppg, 4.5 rpg, 3.3 apg and shooting 35.5% on under 3 attempts from deep last year. That is how much we value wings in the NBA and yet Brandon Miller is getting no love, makes no sense to me.

Jalen Williams is already 22 years old too, so everyone freaking out Miller is 20 years old is off their rocker.

Given how close like 3-10 is talent wise (well, really outside of Wemby and Scoot you're not getting a franchise cornerstone, or if you are with guys like Amen Thompson, there is a high bust possibility), it is easy enough to see him slipping even if he is the best wing in this draft.

If he's out of shape it's probably because he's been resting after dealing with his groin injury late in the season. Feels like there's an ulterior motive for Givony putting that out there. Regardless, if he slides then Detroit will happily collect him at 5.

Miller will be very good, but I think Scoot is way ahead in upside. If CHA doesn't want Scoot next to Melo - I think they trade it before they just settle for Miller-no knock on Miller, I just think Wemby is way ahead at 1, Scoot is solidly ahead at 2, Miller is solidly ahead of the pack at 3, then chaos.

Givony is a puppet for NBA GMs, he just disseminates whatever they tell him to put out there, could be true, could be BS, doesn't matter he's just a mouthpiece

he 100% new B Miller had mono, that rumor was going around twitter even before Givony's tweet.
