Do you all think that our current playoff success without Herro makes him expendable? If we can play like this without him, I would seriously consider trading him and Dipo in the off-season for a serviceable PG and PF. To me, it seems like we're better defensively without Herro

That sounds like a good contract for Strus. I wouldn't pay him more than that. I think we would get more for our money if we signed him to a deal like that and traded away Herro for more PF depth.

I think the Heat have already included him in trade packages for other players. I think Miami would trade him for somebody like Dame.

Absolutely. We now have options. Not only do we have Herro and 1st rounders to trade for a 3rd star if we needed to, but I'm sure every single player in the NBA wants to play for the Heat and Spo right now.

I never understood the general casual view of the Heat. People talk about them like they are some small market team that never succeeded. They are a popular franchise that does well in attendance and jersey sales. They've been top 5 in success in the last 23 years. I can understand the viewpoint of ratings and stuff when it comes to the FL Panthers because nobody expects them there, but the Heat has had so many stars and deep playoff runs. We don't deserve respect. It's earned. However, IJS, people talk about the Heat as if we're the Timberwolves being close to the Finals.

My thoughts exactly. You see how they repeatedly disregard our accomplishments? We are destroying the giants in our path but the media still won't give us the love we deserve. They talk more about the problems of the teams we beat. And I wish the media would stop overlooking Jimmy Butler like he's not a superstar!!! The guy has led the Heat to the ECF in 3 of the last 4 seasons and has been the BEST player in the playoffs this year

These undrafteds man. Just some rock solid ass dudes. Duncan’s movement just keeps the defense in a frenzy, always on edge. And as for Caleb, there aren’t many wings in the league who can streamline their roles and it be perfectly tailored to the team. He slashes, spaces, and presses all at great levels. At his best Strus is a spirited, plus team defender aside from the elite range.

As some Boston fans have said, I appreciated the hell out of Grant poking the rabid, starving, Cocaine Bear from war-torn Ukraine. Not the smartest move, but admirable.

The only bad thing about this run is the cratering of Tyler’s trade value lol.

Man FOH with the strus travel nonsense, yeah they missed it but it wasn’t a momentum changing call. Heat been dealing with these atrocious calls a critical parts of the game all playoffs

If it was was that egregious the nba can hand the W over to the Celtics, didn’t stop them last year when they phoned it in the retract strus’ 3 ball half an hour later
