Watching the combine games, far too many guys in between game is lacking way too much. The influence of layups/3s centric offense.

I'm really liking Sidy Cissoko after his measurements. I was worried he had tiny hands, it looks like it's the complete opposite. His hands are **** huge for his size. Maybe a little too big for him right now. It could be worth trusting some of the guard skills he showed down the stretch. Could be a nice find in the 10-20 range.

I really want to like Bailey. I watched the combine scrimmages to see how he reads the plays on D. I was a little disappointed with his play on that end of the court. I was under the impression that he was much more of a dawg on D.

I might have to go back and watch some UCLA game film on him...

BlazersBroncos wrote:Grant Nelson has a ton in common with Zach Collins as a prospect - both really good movers for their size. He doesnt have the range of Zach, or the allure of being a 1-and-done 3/D big (Why Zach went lotto) but I can see appeal w/ Nelson in the 31-40 range as a mobile, switchy big who can finish above the rim on PNR but has range limitations offensively.

Suprisingly well build as well at 224lbs. Thought he would be more like 215. Max vert 35.5 is pretty solid at his H/W as well.

Wouldnt surprise me to see one of the 'double late FRP' teams taking Nelson - IND + BRK.

Grant Nelson looks like a slightly bigger slightly less explosive Sam Dekker to me.

Similar approach on their drives to the basket. Both seem to have tunnel vision once on their way there.

They had Amari Bailey play PG in one of the scrimmages, not his strong suit. Wasn't overly impressed by him, I think he's an off ball SG at NBA level if he sticks.

I don't get the appeal of these pro day displays. I would mix in other aspects of their games.

Wouldn't be surprised if his ceiling outcome is Jrue. Kentucky guards should always be picked 2-3 picks before they're projected.
Robert Horry is better than MJ, because everybody knows that 7>6.

Kings if they pick 24. I posted in his thread and people were saying he’ll be around a ways into the second round…I haven’t looked through this whole draft but this kid looks like an NBA player to me.

I'd try to trade back 24 for 26+32 with Indy. Get this dude with the long cheap contract regardless.

he's one of the guys on my radar for sure. Him and Gueye would really fit in nicely at the 4 with Sabonis and could play the 5 when he sits. We need size, rebounding and shot-blocking desperately. I don't think either lasts until the 2nd round and wouldn't risk it.

Anyone not seeing anything special with TJD like me? I know 20+ is a crap shot but nothing on his very robotic game shows me he sould be a first rounder

He's a good athlete but I agree with you. His post game is basically just a bunch of spins and he doesn't really move well enough to play the 4
