Spoelstra talking about how role players grow if your star players really want their role players to grow.

He gets it, sadly our coach and franchise players FVV and Siakam don't.

The NBA has never been so wide open. Either Masai sees this and doubles down on Siakam/OG/Scottie working OR Siakam’s value is super high right now and he takes advantage

Didn't even realize Miami was 8th seed. When was the last time the 8th seed won at title or even got to the nba finals? The league wanted parity, we finally got it. Play in tournament was actually a genius idea bysilver. Came at the right time too, when talent and team building is at an all time high. No more lebron carrying scrubs to the finals year after year.

The raptor still neee Tobe blown up. We needto stop acting like this core has a chance the way it's built. That being said, if I'm retooling, fvv is the first to go. I wouldn't be as disappointed if we still kept siakam and og next year. But if fvv is still on the team, and he's not coming off the bench, good luck, god bless and take care.

Our "star" players just want their bank account to grow.

I'm not sure how you've come to those conclusions. Brown has been a +4-ish NetRTG player in the playoffs his last 3 appearances and his efficiency has been very good over the same span (59 TS% on 26 USG% while scoring 23 PPG). He's not a superstar, but he's probably a top 25ish player and he still has at least 4-5 years in his prime.

Where are you getting your numbers from exactly?
Where are YOU getting your numbers from? I can see everything I said right there on that page except the part regarding his NetRTG which is found on nba.com. Are you using Brown's BPM this playoff run as evidence that he hasn't been impactful in the playoffs throughout his career? Otherwise, I have no clue what you're talking about lol.
Look harder.

I sure as hell hope Masai isn't thinking we're one role player away from doing some damage in the playoffs.
There's a massive difference between Jimmy Butler and our cupcakes in FVV/Siakam.

'99 Knicks were only 8th seed to make Finals. Lowest seed to win was 6th seed '95 Rockets I believe.

Can I assume you lost a bet, which is why you have Raptors flair?

I hope he takes advantage of this and sell high on Pascal for the long run.

used to be that he's the random scrub of the night that torches the raptors. Now he's legit.

Heat are gonna make him the pg of the future and build around him and make him an allstar.

And understand that formula.
I understand that formula perfectly well. Individual ORTG and DRTG is a terrible measure on its own for one's abilities and/or impact though. Or do you seriously think FVV (+3) is more impactful than Jrue (-1) and Ja (-1) while being similarly as impactful as SGA (+3) and Luka (+4)? Is Siakam (+5) as impactful as George (+5) and Tatum (+6)? Is GTJ (+0) more impactful than Beal (-2) and Booker (-4)? Like come on lol.

Saying what everyone saw. These so called professional basketball players just quit. And quit early in this game. What an embarrassing performance. Oh well, collect those fat pay checks.
Efficient offense matters.
