Well at least we're not getting Monty or that fraud Doc. I liked Kenny when he was coaching the nets but if we lose Nurse to a rival, this would be a big failure.

I'm not gonna pretend I know basketball well enough to dissect Bud's shortcomings but I don't think letting him go was an overreaction. The team felt a bit stale and predictable by the end.

I would be very curious to hear why Giannis never guarded Jimmy though. It worked so well in 2021 and I don't get why you wouldn't go back to it or even at least try it for short stretches. Anyhoo, all in past now I guess.

I’m always going to be super thankful for what Bud brought the team and you can’t ever take the banner away, but when Bud was fired my only thought was that it was time for a new voice.

Nurse is my number one guy, but unless we make some roster changes we will have most of the same struggles. I think some people are going to be surprised when they see Giannis running into guys and Jrue throwing up bricks come playoff time again.

Still excited for some new ideas, hopefully some new personnel too.

Giannis kinda had a f'd up back.

I think G is granted his wish if he never got injured. After all he defended Butler in '21.

We should interview Steve Nash, as the Raptors are.

Kyrie & KD are knobs. They ran Atkinson outta town first. Steve was an offensive genius as a PG, don't doubt it won't translate to coaching.

I posted this before but the concerns about Nurse running people into the group are way overdone. During the Kawhi year, the minutes distribution was extremely reasonable. Last year the team had no depth and the only way for them to compete was to trim the rotation to basically a playoff rotation. That trend continued this year b/c the team that Masai built was pretty trash and certain players had bad years or didnt progress as expected. The 19 team had a similar makeup to the current bucks and it he was fine with minutes and general load managing.

Giannis was a shell of himself. Wes did a fine job on Butler, Jrue let his ego get too big.
