Spoke too soon with the Lakers. They have really showned their age. I think they’re different compare to us. There’s no excuses for us to get swept.

How is age an excuse for Lakers? LeBron is their only player past prime but his output is still excellent.

They moved Stevens up to GM to appease the players and save money on his contract and sign rookie head coach after rookie head coach.

They got their ring and now all they care about is a constant stream of playoff ticket revenue. Then when Tatum demands out they can always just sell for a massive profit if they don't want to say they own a rebuilding franchise.

It's just as likely they call this year as a success and keep Stevens and Joe and there are no trades and nothing changes going into next year if we lose tomorrow or if we lose in Game 5.

I find it hard to believe Brad didn't have the blessing of Wyc and Co. when he made those moves. Brad is not entirely to blame here. This starts all the way from the top.

This roster is a reflection of Brad Stevens. Joe is Brad’s guy. Both of them share a huge portion of the blame. Almost every Celtics fans wanted Brad to address our big man situation. We don’t have a bruiser inside. Guys like steph curry, duncan robinson, heck even kyle lowry and gabe vincent, gets rebounds and layups inside. Horford mostly camps outside. Rob ain’t a bruiser or an enforcer. We need a legit big to man the middle. At least someone that can alter shots, get rebounds fast so we can run.

Probably, but I think Brad makes the decision on who to get, then gets approval from the owners. I got a lot of flak around here when i said we should get a guy like Dwight to bolster our middle. What’s the use of getting guys like muscala. Dwight at least can defend the paint and get those rebounds. I doubt Bam would have it easy against dwight, or guys like duncan robinson or martin or struss can have it easy inside. 10mins of dwight would have been better than muscala with zero mins. I see that our constant switching have been a problem. That’s why guys like Bam and butler ends up with smaller defenders, and guys like Al and Rob ends up guarding trae or the hardens way way out. This has Stevens written all over it. Same problem we had when brad was our coach.

We are like the lakers, gets the lead and chokes it away in the clutch. Tatum is like old man lebron, pour in the stats the 1st 3qrts, then disappears and brick most shots in the 4th. He is definitely close to lebron in mentality, especially with the way he praise himself lol. Like lebron, has all the talent, but has the tendency to choke.
