Tatum did MVP stuff in Q3 & Q4 - and finished w a MVP LINE - after a MISERABLE 5 TOV first half.

Grant was excellent.
Derrick was excellent.
Al made a few 3s FINALLY.

Rob was blah.
Brog was bad again.
Smart was awful in the first half, but made a couple 3s late & 8As.

No confidence in this team.

Voted “team” and while Tatum was the man he had a lot of guys on his side tonight. Things like White’s 3pt play ORB in the first half were big tonight.

I wonder if upper management and the players are making up with each other tonight. Maybe even kissing, in the French style?? It’s through adversity we grow.

Finally we got 1. Tatum gets the VC. Smart for the consolation. Those two played great. Just imagine if smart can hit shots. If he continues to hit shots, i’ll take everything i said about him. White was fine. Rob was ok, but awful on defending the block, and a lot if butter fingers. Al was meh. He hit those 3’s but was really a non factor. Grant will should definitely get mins. More than Al if he plays like this. Brogdon was horrible. Brown was borderline horrible. Brown missing midranges, jacking off 3’s. Looked slow out there.

Brown was great besides his shooting. Defensively he shut so many people down today including Butler like 3 times in a row in the 4th. He had 4 assists but could have had more and had a few great hockey assists also. One turnover..solid game.

Defensively he was ok. Offensively, he’s like in autopilot. His mid range, usually money, had been awful. Settling too much for a jumper at most times.

The jumper has been off all series. He was shooting almost 50% from three in the first two rounds, and this series like 10% (not an exaggeration. Did a nice job passing tonight, didn't turn it over, and stepped up on Jimmy late to his credit. But he'll need to hit some jumpers to comeback in this series.

I'm cautiously optimistic. If I had to pick the first NBA team to come back from 3-0, it would be this team. We're more talented and Game 7 is at home.

That said, we have a losing record at home during this playoffs, and this team is bipolar. In one game we look amazing, and in the next game, we look pathetic. You never know which team will show up.

Where the hell has that team been? That's the level of effort and confidence we've needed to beat these Heat from Game 1. This is 3 games too late, but hey, at least we didn't get swept. I'm just happy we won one more game than the Lakers

I hope they stay humble in the post-game, don't go spouting off bulletin board material for the Heat. With the way the Celtics are just ass at home, Game 5 is still 50-50.

It's still a major concern the amount of threes Boston takes. 45 threes with a 40% shoiting just isn't sustainable.

That ship has sailed, this is who Boston is. They will continue to live (or die) by the 3 as they've done all year.
