Jimmy had a bad game but still put up a 29/9/5 on 9/21 shooting. Was surprised to see that stat line, thought it was much worse than that...

We where the home team and he got like 12 free throws... Tatum and Brown combined got 7. In Boston I expect them to get to the line more. Heck we shot 10 more free throws than Boston and still got blow out.

Jimmy and Bam had to play with more force. They set the tone in both game 1 and 2 in Boston, and we had the big aberration game in game 3. They set the tone, and the role players feed off it. I need a dominant Bam game in game 5 to make up for this stinker.

Jimmy's the head of this monster. We lean on his toughness & leadership. Tonight he was tight & tentative. Did you see him damn near chew off his fingers on the bench? & to own & punk Grant all series & get blocked by him you know something's up.

I am shocked we were nervous seeing that it was finally the opportunity to exact revenge & we've been killers all PO's....but these close out games pressure hits different.

Now that we've felt that pressure maybe we get it out of our system a little & play bit more looser in the 2nd elimination gm where we are 8pt dogs.

To win it all we need to be tested. A sweep wouldn't have prepared us. Nothing easy, everything earned for our squad who embraced & found beauty in the struggle.

Rough outing. Disappointing effort and composure--especially in the second half. boston set the tone for the game and Miami let them. boston was working nonstop to keep our guys from getting to their spots and getting to their sets off the ball and establishing their position. Miami was not. That sh*t starts to manifest into one team getting into a rhythm while the other doesn't.

A lot of it NEEDS to start in the paint with Bam. He let Horford feel rejuvenated this game. Suddenly Horford had his legs for 3s and wasn't getting beat in 1-on-1 scenarios. Bam needs to make the difference there.

It's just one game. Watch the tape, internalize key takeaways, and then burn it. Don't think about last game anymore and re-focus on the task at hand. F**K boston.

These dudes really had the opportunity to sweep Boston and outside of Caleb and Gabe everyone treated the game like it was December vs the Hornets. Can’t make this stuff up but Boston is too good of a team to just be giving wins away, especially on your homecourt.
