So you’re asking if a team would do better if you replace their best player with a worse player?

I don’t get the logic.

That's ridiculous statement. Warriors without Curry and KD were significantly better than Cavs without LeBron. It's not even up to discussion.

I don't disagree, my point was that WITH LeBron/KD in it becomes even on paper because LeBron's edge over Durant bridges the supporting cast gap. And at that point I take LeBron with even supporting casts every time.

It would be an interesting series indeed. I just don't agree that 2017 Cavs were GOAT level team that just happened to face even better one. They were definitely great, but I think I'd pick quite a few championship team from the last 15 years over them.

My controversial opinion is the 2015-18 Warriors still win 2 rings with 05-08 Billups instead of Curry

Not really controversial.

Billups/Klay/Iggy/KD/Green is the best team in the NBA in 2017 and 2018. Maybe even 2015/2016 too [assuming Kyrie/Love both injured].

Yeah the only challenge they had those years was the 2018 rockets and 2017 cavaliers to a lesser extent
I came here to do two things: get lost and slice **** up & I'm all out of directions.

Horry held Nash back from a championship, not his own play.
