A coach's job is to protect his player from faltering more during a game. Let you player catch up some breath on the bench and make him rethink everything to settle his mind down.

Joe failed horrible over here by not recognising Browns horrible slump. Shouldve taken him out way earlier.

If you bring the same core it will be the same results even with a different coach.

Tatum is injured but he has been terrible in his decisions, If you are injured you shouldn't even try those step backs or similiar moves.
