Why give them credit for digging out of the hole they put them self in.

They got embarrassed. Brown cemented his legacy tonight.

Boston lost 3 home games including a game 7... No credit.. ZERO!

BUT THEY TEIWD SUPER HARD

In a vacuum no but they lost 3 games in a row to an 8th seed which includes losing 3 out of 4 home games. Team reached it's ceiling with Brown and tatum

Done with smart, brown, and Horford.

This core had too many chances and has failed. Clearly something isn’t working when you lose so many home games the last 2 seasons

Umm brown deserves more heat than brogdon

That's not heat on Brogdon, it's heat on Joe for playing an injured player who is poor on defense even when he's healthy.

I didn't mind Brogdon getting a chance, but the moment he threw up an airball and it became clear he didn't have it, should have seen a quick timeout to get him out of the game at the first opportunity.

The timing and length of it was abysmal, he should also not have been on the court when JT was not.

JB was our only player who had it going early but the others weren't too bad. Heat looked spooked and missing everything and Joe calls a timeout and allows them to settle and soon after takes out JT and Al and puts in Rob and Brogdon. In that 7 minute span we were -15 and never fully recovered due to score difference and confidence gain by Heat.

Aside from JT's ankle, this is on Joe, he handicapped us early.

JB stunk it up after that first timeout too. Smart stunk all night. JT is a tough MF who gave it everything on one leg.

I've been saying it all year, I hate this team. I meant it when I said it and I never at any point felt differently. My only love for them at all comes from the fact they are wearing a celtics jersey, nothing else. Smart, if he was bench player and played only when he was playing good would be a great player for alot of teams...

We play him as a starter and he is a crucial part to our winning. That is the problem. I've been saying it for so long. When smart is good he is REALLY good. When he is bad, only brown has the ability to be worse than him..

I give Tatum a pass. He literally got hurt on the first play. Also, even if he didn't and completely choked we are nothing without him so that talking point is moot anyway.

I want brown gone more than anyone else. Followed by joe and then smart. I love horford but he is cooked. It's only downhill from here. This should have been this team's last hoorah. If it's not, I won't be watching next season. I'm not even pissed or upset. I'm just done with this group, period.

The energy was there but we weren't sharp or smart enough tonight and didn't make shots. JT's ankle injury on the first possession of the game was not a good omen.

I don't know man I'm a dumpster fire of emotions lol. Mad at the guys for losing a series they should have won. Proud of them for fighting back from 0-3. Happy we didn't give up after that awful Game 3, but now kinda feeling like we lost the series twice. Perplexed that our season came to an end at the hands of Caleb Martin (like seriously what). Disappointed we lost but relieved I can stop having numerous heart attacks. It's going to take some time to process what happened here. For now I need a two-week-long nap lol.

But I had a fun season hanging out with my Celtics friends on RGM. It didn't end the way we wanted it to but the journey continues. Go C's!

The energy was there?

It sucks for the 2nd year in a row to have someone celebrate on our own court but it is what it is. Gonna be an interesting summer. Earlier this year I was thinking that this was gonna be an easy summer for Brad but I would not want to be him right now.

This team has taken years off my life. I am an emotional wreck . I am sucker and will be back rooting for this team once again only to let me down. Can this Boston core be my pallbearers so they can let me down one last time?

The fact that this team let's a god awful ballhandler like JB dribble the ball as much as he does is **** disgraceful. That'd be like the 00s Lakers putting Shaq on the perimeter as a catch and shoot spot up shooter. Just shockingly stupid basketball.

The downside to having won games 4,5, and 6 is that now management will keep Mazzulla. Damned shame, that.

I would look to trade Jaylen now. He is what he is, but I do not want to supermax this guy. It will turn into a massive regret.

Again I agree 100% that they reached their ceiling. I do think that is the benefit of this series. I think with Brown's super max question mark and now this. I think it really opens up the door to finally change up this core, which I think is very much needed.

Bad night for JB to have such a trash game. Unlucky with the JT injury. Between JTs horrible 4th quarters in games 1-3 and this game for Brown I do worry about this team taking another step forward. The lack of experience excuse has expired.
