If Bilal is there at 13 and we don't take him I won't know how to feel. He's 18 and making it look easy on offense and defense against grown men in the playoffs.

High floor and one of the highest ceilings in the draft.

He says he's a good ballhandler and sees him as a 2/3 not a 3/4. Same as me. He's playing a limited role on the sr. team.

Not sure about Bobby, but he’s a typical Masai pick

You can tell from his play that Bilal just wants to explode as a player. He's got a high motor which is critical and will work to his favour at the next level

I can imagine him 2 3 yrs when he's bulked up , immense potential

Not much news on Raps workouts. Did they forget the draft is in 3 weeks?

Also said he reminds him of Kahwi. He was a bit reluctant to say it. But he said definitely defensively...and thinks he can get there offensively too.

He's a bit smaller, but more athletic than Kahwi.

True. Looking again, he actually really looks like a more athletic Scottie in terms of physique. I buy him being bigger than 6'6 now.

Edit: Not weight/muscle, but in terms of dimensions.

I'm fully settled in on Bilal by a wide margin unless someone falls

After that

Remember when people said Rupert was better than Coulibaly. Rupert is a fraud.

I think Rupert has been forgotten because his season ended where we get to see Bilal a lot more. I do remain intrigued by Rupert and maintain that he is Raps prototypical player with his size, length, defensive effort and motor.

Rayan is only turning 19 on May 31 and measured out 6'7" and 193.2 lbs and 7'2" wingspan playing defense in the NBL playoffs against former NBA players.

I recently found out he broke his wrist mid-season in the NBL and it impacted his shooting hand. I do look at his shooting form and I don't see any major issues with the release.

Both parents played basketball and his sister is in the WNBA so he is from a basketball family and grew as ball player at INSEP the big French academy that developed Tony Parker and Ousmane Dieng.

He speaks excellent English which will make his adjustment pretty easy. All I have heard and read about is rave reviews about his work ethic. This guy could easily become the next Mikal Bridges, but at least he can get on the floor tomorrow and guard.

One thing that I think we will all look back in five years and say is "this was France's draft class."

Starts with Wemby being a league altering player, but you also have Rupert, Bilal, Sidy that I think will all go in the first round and I maybe see one of them have a chance to be a franchise guy.

Rupert to me is the most refined prospect because of what he showed with the Breakers, but all of them project as two-way players with plus size and length. Sidy has the unique passing ability, and Bilal is gaining confidence every game.

They are both trash. Let’s go with somebody that can score the basketball for once. See what happens.

For those who don't know, this video does a good job of reminding us that Bufkin was a defense first prospect and was always the best perimeter defender on his team.

He then also emerged as the number one option by the end of the year. There is a reason many have him above Cason Wallace on their draft boards now. (The back issue is part of it too)

2 way players tend to stay on the floor enough to develop. And he is already showing a stronger body in the offseason. It may take him a year or two to adjust to the speed and physicality of the NBA, but you can see the foundation of a player who is going to win his minutes on the floor whenever you put him out there.

I am rooting for this kid no matter who drafts him.

Bufkin is for sure tops on their list especially with FVV out the door (we hope). His game probably translates better than Cason due to height advantage +3 and finishing at the rim. But shooting will be important for both
