There's 5 spots on our awful bench wide open. You don't need to keep bringing up this point.

lol the point is valid one....So our starting lineup is going to consist of no shooting and than our bench will also consist of no shooting? Thats a recipe for disaster ....All the elite teams in the NBA right now have a little bit of everything not stack up on the same kind of player 10x and hope for a good result....

Sure he could be a bench player but with OG/Siakam/Barnes in our lineup your drafting Bilal at 13 for him to be a backup to OG?...Id rather open a spot up for him so he can develop properly here if we do draft him...Cause there are many talented guards available at 13 your passing on which is a role we badly need to fill....

OG Or Siakam have to go in any scenario that you draft Bilal period.

19 year olds generally don't start, unless the team intends to be awful or there's a specific need for their skillset in the starting line-up. If OKC drafts Coulibaly, do you expect them to clear out one of Giddey, SGA, Williams or Holmgren immediately?

All of them players do not play the same position or overlap eachother like Siakam/OG/Barnes do....We already have that issue with our current roster with them 3 on the team and your adding a 4th to it?....Giddey is a PG, SGA is a PG/SG, Holmgren is a PF/C, Williams would be the only guy sim to Bilal but even that isnt as big of an overlap as OG/Siakam/Barnes would be....If we draft Bilal we need to some how add guards to the team since FVV is prolly gone and also GTJR prolly gone....We will have Flynn/Banton running the team...Lol we would need to trade off one of OG/Siakam for an upgrade at diff positions.

We would get who OKC doesn't want. If I was OKC I wouldn't draft Bilal but get Julian Philips who is a similar player.

If they just lost Fred from their top 6, there's still very little playing time available for Coulibaly. That's just the reality of the situation on the Raps roster.

I think hes interesting but he doesn't fit on the current team we have atm....But i see the potential in his game....Superstar? Prolly not cause he lacks ball handling and shot creation but he will be a good OG replacement if OG decides to want out....

I think OKC is the ones who will draft him anyways at 12....I think they want to add a player like him cause they could use a player with is skillset to develop alongside SGA.

Months ago I was flamed for my takes on NSJ JHS Howard and George and now this box and one dude has George going 23rd overall or something lol

At that time NSJ was projected like 5th overall by a lot of people and all the rest of them surefire lottery picks.

They all can play together, and they thrive together already. And then you just sub in Coulibaly when one of those players sits.

There's still a lot more basketball to see from Coulibaly potentially over the next weeks. Last game he was shaky. The thing with him is that he shows some flashes but also has moments where you can clearly see the lack of polish but there's no reason to believe he won't iron out things.

Nurse was fired, right? Going to be more than 6 guys playing. Plus there is the 905.

One thing to remember the Raptors never draft for fit. Always talent first, fit second. If the talent matches the fit then sure. Keep in mind we shouldn't be drafting based on the teams current construction. We don't know what this team looks like in October.

Read on Twitter

Corner 3s were horrible, which is the highest value shot. Exclude that 3/21 and % go from 41.7/33.3 to 43.2/37.8. Still have questions about athleticism and defense. My #1 preference for a guard selection is their ability to break their man down off the dribble. But with this group of guards available, I have a big concern with every one of them. Tough choice.
