It's a 1 year 8 million contract with a team option for each successive year. It's the new 76ers way. /s

No way it’s less than 5 years. I’d bet it’s at least $10M/yr also.

From this list, Siakam is probably the best. Klay is washed and arguably Middleton isn't the same player so Siakam looks like the best option atm. Many of the UFA guys on this list are well past their primes and/or not stars and the top RFAs (Edwards, Lamelo, etc.) are obviously going to be re-signed by their current teams.

Jaylen Brown?

I intentionally ignored Brown because he'll likely be signing his supermax extension before 2024 and even if he doesn't, I don't see how we'd be able to afford him via trade or free agency.

It's a year away, you have no idea what other moves the Sixers will be making between now and then. I'm sure the Suns at this time last season didn't think Kevin Durant would be playing for them.

And it really isn't about who's here in September, but who's here after the deadline and buyouts. It's all about what we have going into the playoffs, because everything else is irrelevant.

Really solid move by Celtics. 1 thing you won't have to worry about is Cassell giving his opinion and Mazzoula needs people in his ear with experience.

I'm hoping Harden returns and plays with more athletes around him as is Nurse's wont. I think the next step in Harden's graceful aging is to play with guys who can make up for his deficiencies defensively and scoring as opposed to optimizing lineups for his offensive efficiency.

Play more with guys like Reed, McDaniels, Melton, and Springer than Harris, Niang, and Milton. He can still create shots for others at a level almost no one else can even being as old and non-explosive as he is. If the athletes make a lower percentage of shots than the Niang's of the world I'm okay to trade it for defensive soundness in transition and stocks.

You and the idiot underneath you are two moronic mfers lol, idiot says this is a legitimate question….. yeah trading the MVP while he’s 26 years old because of some antics? What antics clown? Embid has become waaaaay chilled out he ain’t troel nomore that’s the only ANTICS you can mention but that ain’t even antics clown. Only a damn fool would even think about trading a embid!

The fact doc rivers never found 5 guys on the bench who could play together and be effective together is why we underachieving jack ass embid is a superstar foreal!!!! You’ll never get back equal value and you’ll watch him go on to win championship s! Multiple championships!!!!

Embiid is 29, maybe you need to check facts before insulting me.

I don’t give a shot if he was 32 if he’s playing MVP level ball and just keeps getting better and better wth do you trade that type of offensive and defensive talent for? Just because your lame ass thinks it’s over for him in philly? So now we go back to trying to find a fkn superstar instead of building a deep roster where the others perform to cut back on minutes in the regular season? He also needs to wear knee pads going forward like Wade wore! It protects them knees from getting banged against from players and the floor. One simple gear change like knees pads woulda prevented embid injuries twice! We have yet to see the MVP level embid in the playoffs because of these random dumb ass injuries! You don’t trade mvp superstar unguardable guy for a fkn swing or two at a couple college kids! Who df in the draft has bonafide superstar ability! None smh it’ll take 5-6 years before there ready to be that if they ever are!!!

The mental side is as important as the raw talent side, and Embiid only has the latter, the former is sorely missing and will always prevent him from being the best player in a championship team, he needs to have a secondary role, with a garbage man role on offense and increased defensive effort. It's always team over individuals, it's for the better of team success, no one is bigger than the team.

Lmao kneepads would not have helped Embiid landing awkwardly which have been the cause of almost every knee injury he's had.

Embid needs knee pads dude there’s noway around it! Wade wore them for a reason during his career. And one of embids knee injuries came from taking a knee to his knee! The pads woulda blocked it for sure, the landing awkwardly stuff is just getting a better shoe, knee pads and elbow pads so he can use his extremities to break the fall and not be going knee to wood or elbow to wood. I’m telling you embid will be wearing the d Wade special knee pads going forward

Thankful for what James gave us for 15 months, but he will hinder our ceiling a year from now. We split from Doc. Now Harden and Harris.

Agree completely, yet there are people on this forum who seriously want to add Bradley Beal to Embiid and Harden, and use Maxey to get him.

Talk about crippling the franchise. That's the Tobias signing disaster on steroids.

What? Hell no!!!!!!!! Tobias for beal but not maxey. And let harden walk. I’d take maxey and beal as our two guards over harden beal….. Maxeys not finished developing man it’s gonna ge scary how good this kids gonna be and gf has that Kobe work ethic in the gym at 3am while other guys bd at the club!!!
