Game 4, 2023-FINAL : Denver Nuggets WC#1 @ Miami Heat EC#8 (2-1)
If the Nuggets lose this game they are still big favorites to win the title, but if they win Game#4 only a true miracle can save Miami.

I hope we see tonight the potential that this Nuggets club has shown this season, on full display before a worldwide audience. I have no doubt about the high level Murray and Joikic have reached. AG is perfect in his role. KCP and MPJ have looked out of focus so far in the finals but I expect both to show up tonight.
Will the Nuggets put a stranglehold on the series or will they pull another phoenix, sending the game back to Denver tied?

Canned in Denver.

They stopped Murray in 1st half and Jokic was stressed early after an injury scare at the beginning of the game, but thanks to unexpected Gordon's 16p big 1st half and good defense Denver leads +4 on halftime.
After the All-Star pause, I think Denver was NBA's best team in 3rd quarter while Miami lost the last 7 3rd quarters in this playoff (all 3 vs Denver and the last 4 vs Boston). Let's hope for another big 3rd quarter for the Nuggets today, I don't want to see a dogfight in the 4th where Miami was always dangerous.

+13 at the end of the 3d, this is now officially a "MUST WIN" game! What great timing for Aaron Gordon for career-best performance (where importance counts too).
But considering how good the Heat was in the final quarters this playoff player should stay focused. Malone should go again to "nuclear option" like in the previous game (no rest for Jokic and Murray in the 4th).

What a strange 4th quarter! Today we not playing our typical game, we are not Denver Nuggets but San Antonio Spurs at its best. Jokic with 23-12-4-3-2 was Duncan, Murray with 15-3-12 was Parker, Gordon with 27-6-6 was Kawhi, while 21-4-2 Brown from the bench was Ginobili
After this Denver win Miami needs only one little thing if they want the 2023 ring: A MIRACLE

The Denver Nuggets are actually, literally, factually 1 win away from their first ever NBA championship. IS THIS REAL LIFE?!

Wow! Can't believe the Nuggets is just a win away from winning it all. Wrap this baby up in Denver.

Thanks AG, thanks Bruce The Almighty.
MPJ still strugling with his shot. I thought about kicking his butt but he looks so unconfident he might need a hug more. Obviously, the most important is defense for us now and he plays hard. We can live without his scoring.
Guys, on Monday we could be celebrating our first NBA tittle!

Did anyone else notice that Jokic made 5 assists in this game and only 4 of them were officially counted?
For some reason alley-oop for Gordon's dunk was not counted as assist. This is the situation I am talking about:

Anyone has an idea why they wouldn't count this as assist? Maybe we should report it somewhere as it seems as obvious mistake?
