KCP, man. Shutting down Butler and then Bam on those 2 possessions and then hitting the 3 to put the game almost completely out of reach. Happy for the dude.
Can't say I do. Who else gonna shoot?

About time. He's been pretty bad in the Finals. A ton of bad fouls, poor shot selection, and not making the ones he should. Him and Porter are why this wasn't a sweep.

Look at his on/off differential, for goodness sake!
The most preposterous statistic is him posting a 70.1% TS% this year on 25 points a game. C'mon now. Is this even real?
His defense, which the media -ESPN I'm looking at you and your campaign to give Embiid the MVP- dumps on him for has been great these last 2 games in Miami. He must of had 12-15+ deflections/steal/blocks tonight. Totally stymied any rhythm Miami tried to get going, gave them a taste of their own medicine.

Jokic plays Tim Duncan defense. Nothing flashy, always in the right spot, physical, takes up space, makes you shoot over his stretched out Pillsbury Doughboy arms

Jokic is such a good player. It makes it even better that he looks like he doesn't give a crap about dominating the other team.
These refs let Miami mug the Nuggets on one end then call phantom fouls on the other end. Pretty ridiculous.

Jokic brothers look like extras in a Van Damme movie, lol. Jokic says the job is done so everyone can go home.
Good for Denver, man. Miami made a game of it, ugly as it was. They played way over their head in the playoffs and now only need one Brad Beal to put them over the top.

Heat fans should be proud, they did as-much as they could, dunno if Hero could have made any difference.

Don’t forget Thomas Bryant. He got a ring tonight.

Stop. Ish and Bryant didn't play. KCP was horrible in a lot of spots (granted he had a big steal tonight that got them up 3). Why do this game to yourself?

Butler did not look comfortable. Would not be surprised to learn he was trying to play on a high ankle sprain.

You can make that argument about lots of teams every year.
Look at all the former Detroit Pistons who won a championship this year. Man, that team lets all their talent get away before developing them!
Kentavious Caldwell-Pope
Reggie Jackson
Ish Smith
Bruce Brown
Look at all the former Clippers who won a championship this year. How did they let these guys get away?
DeAndre Jordan
Reggie Jackson
Jeff Green
Look at all the former Brooklyn Nets who won a championship this year. What are they doing?
DeAndre Jordan
Jeff Green
Bruce Brown
OKC Thunder:
Ish Smith
Reggie Jackson
Jeff Green
LA Lakers:
Thomas Bryant
DeAndre Jordan
Kentavious Caldwell-Pope
Orlando:
Aaron Gordon
Ish Smith
Jeff Green

Hats off to MIA for what they accomplished. But again, held under a hundred. Shoot held under 90.
Bam was amazing. Great player. Lowry I will give more props to than I did earlier in the playoffs.
He's scrappy AF and a better shooter now at 37 than I remember him being as a younger guy.
But it's both funny and frustrating to watch him under the basket get away with constant fouls.
JVG is right in pointing out the refs seem to tend to let physically undersized players get away with more.

PS Congrats to the Nugs. Nice to see a new team get a chip. Hard not to like Joker
and Murray. And while Porter's 3 ball disappeared, he gradually found other ways
to help his team. Gordon was a really good contributor at times as well.
Jeff Green. All those teams that 'gave up' on him. Sheesh.
