And as a development-oriented coach, he shouldn't take too long to form an opinion about who we should draft at #13.

It's not his call, of course. But Nurse certainly played a role in choosing Scottie at #4 in 2021.

But really, this perfectly illustrates just how pissed off Masai was with Nurse's allocation of minutes last season. President and coach were NOT on the same wavelength. Now they are.

We just sent out a FRP for Poeltl. Towns is the last guy I'd want on this team. LOL.

I'm still happy with the acquisition of Poeltl, but Siakam for Towns just seems like a parallel move. I do think Siakam would help Minny a whole lot more than KAT would help the Raps.

KAT's maybe the best shooter in the league, and with his length can obviously get separation from any defender. Can he play a Peja-type role, and adequately defend the 3-4? Some guys just aren't meant to be centres. Bargnani, f'rinstance.

KAT is an elite clutch shooter and will be perfect for Barnes because he doesn’t sit in the paint.

Poeltl is unplayable in big games. I would still sign him but he is not needed in a closing lineup.

Darko helped JJJ to become a DPOY so I think he can help KAT.
