He's playing in the NBL, I honestly wouldn't be surprised if he ends up going lower despite what Shams is saying in that tweet.
He'll be 21, unless he really lights it up in the NBL (which I doubt) he might be lost in the shuffle a bit.

He's playing for Cairns, who made the playoffs last year, so I'll be interested to see if he is given a lot of minutes.
Taran Armstrong is also playing for Cairns, which makes things more interesting

If Chris Livingston received a first round promise my bet would be on Memphis. Has the kind of outlier body for his position they often target. I think him being undrafted is more likely than going in the first, but I wouldn't hate it if a team at the tail end took him.

My bet is he was told his path is showing he can shine in the kind of role he would have in the NBA. We didn't get to see a ton of him at Wake, though I think it was good for his development.
