Semantics. He’s missed more games than Herro over the last 4 years and his teams haven't been good enough to qualify for the playoffs lately to even make it a decent comp. Beal can be better than Herro and you can personally like Beal more than Herro, and still question the availability for both. Beal had season ending wrist surgery in 2021-2022. The team was 23-26 and Beal was about to be a FA and earn the biggest contract of his career. It was in Beal's and the teams best interest for him to sit as they weren't going to compete and their pick would be better if he sat.
In 2020-2021 he missed 12 games as that was the shortened 72 game season and he played 60 games.
Last season he was banged up but I wouldn't over scrutinize the previous 2 seasons.

And I vehemently disagree. If one group of fans should understand the difference in posture and importance between regular season and playoffs, it should be Miami fans.
It’s a concern but not nearly as concerning as a player with a track record of being unable to hang in the increased physicality of a playoff setting

Thanks for the context. It’s obviously better if someone is always available. But idk that Beal is exactly injury prone. Would you all take Jamal Murray? I see them as very similar players. He misses a lot of reg season games, too
