Is Drake still dating Amari Bailey’s mom? Maybe Raps grab him for Toronto’s global ambassador

The second foot surgery is off-putting, but it could be another OG-esque opportunity.
Nothing excites me about him but worth taking a shot in the 20s

Passing and decision making I'm with you, but someone like Donovan Mitchell wasn't trusted to run his team's offence as a freshman for similar reasons. I'd love if if there was a guard savant like Haliburton available, but unless it's Podz, that guy doesn't seem to exist, and I don't think we're taking Podz at #13.
The real joke could be if OKC takes Podz at #12. They would know a thing or two about him given how they drafted out of Santa Clara last year and probably spoke to the staff there. I fully endorse taking Podz at #13.
OKC fan reddit had a thread on him and they were in full support of taking him @#12 based on BPA, but many didn't like the fit. They need shooting, but they need wing shooting as they have Shai and Giddey already as the primary ball handlers. They're the team that should be going after OG big time and they have the assets for it.
Presti wouldn't even waste him time taking a call from Bobby and listening to his nonsense offers.

The guy that has personal ties to several key OKC players is actually Leonard Miller.
Organization can be defined as an organized body of people with a particular purpose. Not random.

What's the projections for vuksevic? Wish we had a second round pick , but why is not projected to go atleast in the late first round? Very intriguing talent, is his defense bad or something

Can someone tell me what I'm missing with Leonard Miller? He looks super raw, clumsy and uncoordinated with an Achiuwa-like feel for the game.

Very young, great progression and growth in his game over the past year. High fg%, incredible rebounding numbers, positive assist to turnover ratio.
Downside is he's big and doesn't seem very good defensively.

Yeah I mean he's high effort and trying his best and combined with his incredible frame and mediocre feel allowed him to put up some big effort stat numbers.
But I ultimately view him as an Achiuwa-type of talent. Just lacking in the necessary feel to become a good starter which is what everyone who is gushing over Miller anticipates he'll be if not more. When people are talking about him going to OKC you're not hoping he turns into a bench player at 12.

High motor, great physical tools and has a herky jerky movement that throws defenders off.
He’s going to be in the nba for a long time in my opinion. I just don’t want him because him and Scottie are a horrible fit. I would be miserable watching that product lol.
He’s a much better prospect than Precious though.

That’s exactly what he is and you hope the shot comes around to mix up his bully ball.

He was actually 1.9/2.3 ast-to with the g-league prospects you can't look at basketball reference because it breaks down the stats from the reg season and in season tourney in two separate stat lines.
I'd be really curious to know where the majority of those field goals contributing to that % are coming from, seems like mostly transition and at the rim and he's weak in other spots. Gonna try to watch more of him but thus far it's been hard for me to get behind him.

They're nearly identical in size, length, and weight, and both play a kind of hybrid 4/5 game as rim runners who can also make great short roll passes. A playoff team is going to snag a really good player late in the first.
Same. If Bufkin or Cason aren’t available I’d strongly consider trading back for some NBA ready rookies like TJD and Sasser.
Would you move Precious for a pick to get him?
In a heartbeat. For as talented as Precious is, he’s a bonehead.

He's almost like Antonio Davis / Domantas Sabonis mix. It's just that he's a senior so likely seen to not have potential. If Dwight Powell and Jaylin Williams can start in the NBA, TJD can too.

Denver will draft him in the 2nd round and he will learn behind Jokic.

This is true but he's got potential to be Michael Redd 2.0 who was drafted in the 2nd round. Could he be AJ Griffin 2.0?WuTang_OG wrote:tecumseh18 wrote:What are thoughts about Dariq Whitehead? I've heard he's "theoretically great".

From what I've seen, pretty comparable. I've seen Leonard Miller mocked as high as #12 to OKC all the way down to the late FRP. He doesn't seem to have the athleticism that Precious has but the FT% tells me he might be able to develop into a pretty good shooter.

He’s only 5 months younger than Precious, so people will point to actual NBA experience for him, but I just see TJD having a better career as a role player than Precious does with us forcing him to be something he’s not. He’s playing out of position and behind better players (Pascal and Scottie). And if the guy he’s behind isn’t better he’s more impactful (Jak and Boucher). I can see TJD being a poor man’s AK47.
