Re: Award Winning Lakers Board NBA Dynasty League - Year 10
As can be seen, I have #11, #13, #16 and #17 in this draft.
Open to packaging some picks together to move up or adding one/more with the previous names I've mentioned for a higher potential young.
I've only got a few players targeted so these picks could also be had for future picks/players closer to pick time.

I won't be packaging my pick unless its for an established young promising guy. As per the last two years, I'll just wait until the guys ahead of me overthink it and hand me another stud.

This narrative needs to cease. You're obviously talking about Banchero, who as of right now is a glorified RJ Barrett fantasy wise.
If this guy certifies as a "stud", I can peg Eason to anybody as a god, since you know, HE'S BETTER!
Guys who passed on him I'm sure are sleeping just fine. This guy has been spoon fed minutes and usage solely on the fact he was the #1 pick overall. He might look good in real life, but in fantasy he was a sexy 168 ranked player, despite playing an absurd 33.7 mins a game.
Out of the guys taken in front of him, only Ivey has been worse. Yes, even Jabari Smith who was absolutely dreadful for most of the season is ranked higher.
As is Eason, who played 13 mins less a game.
People need to stop choking dicks on raw ppg. Whohoo, this guy scored 20 a game, what a **** stud. That's 1/9 categories for fantasy though.
Meanwhile he absolutely buried your % because he's a high volume shot taker both from the field and the freethrow line, while having abysmal percentages, and gets 3 turnovers a game while not getting defensive stats.
6th best fantasy player on his own team.
Draft position was more than fair.

6.9 a game in 34 mpg for a big is not exactly 'getting boards'.tugs wrote:Hey he gets boards
His draft position is perfectly fine, he fell for a reason and he proved exactly why this past season.
The ones who should be bragging is me getting Haliburton at #8 or that rascal Regime getting SGA at #10-12, can't even remember where.

When he's statistically a top 10 fantasy player like Haliburton and SGA are, you can claim having a point.TyCobb wrote:Kessler was 14th.

Re: Award Winning Lakers Board NBA Dynasty League - Year 10
You can laugh all you want tugzer. Now that the trades have been completed, I can **** rant all I want.
What a haul. Basically VanVleet/Anunoby/Bogdanovic/White/Olynyk for Curry...who I got for Giddey and basically #12 next year
Gimme a break about Lebron. First of all is he even playing? He def needs surgery but the dude is waving flags at Le Mans, living the life. I think he doesn't really gives a f anymore, and he's taking the Shaq route. Got injured on company time, I will have surgery and heal on company time.
Basically he's guaranteed 40-50 games at most that's if he even suits up and plays.
I have built the greatest roster ever assembled, I have 9 strong categories. Efficiency, counting stats, low turnovers.
I don't have a single guy who averaged more than 2.5 turnovers a game last year and have less than 5 guys who averaged more than 2.....all this while not missing a beat in assists, the category I set the record in last year.
Make it make sense. All world in assists and turnovers, that's literally impossible to pull off, it usually works one or the other.
The same with FG% and FT%. You're usually great at one but not both. I'm probably looking at a 50/80 average for the season which is absurd.
I have the top 3 guys in steals last year and 4 out of top 7. I have blocks, I've never lost rebounds last year and I have a lot of 3's even most of my bigs are 3 point shooters now.
The salivation for TylersLakers roster is beyond laughable to me, let's end the sarcasm for a bit. Forget about the injury concerns, that guy quite literally has no bigs on his team. His big men lineup is the worst I've seen in league history. I will send that ass to Belize by Wednesday on the weekly matchup.
It's 23-0 or bust next year. TWENTY THREE. If I lose a single matchup all year it will be the biggest choke job ever.

Thanks man. Are you referring to the first one or VanVleet?
I know Doctaj was trying to deal with you first, I was his plan B.
And don't you be rolling your eyes now, remember, tugs went 19-1 this past season with 30% of what I've got now.
I'll be genuinely very very very surprised if I let one go. I just can't see losing 5 categories in one week, even with injuries.

Re: Award Winning Lakers Board NBA Dynasty League - Year 10
I have 15 top 100 guys for the whole last season on my roster right now, what are you talking about?
4 top 20 guys, 6 top 40 guys.
What do you mean is not that good? Depth wins championships, not top end talent. I have both.
Kyle Anderson, Mike Conley, Clint Capela and Zach Collins won me the championship, not Haliburton who didn't play at all or Lebron who missed all of the playoffs except 3 games.
I'm stacked at the top, middle and end of the roster. My worst player is TJ McConnell who is a very good specialist. I might not even keep him.
If you exclude McConnell who might not make the cut, I have two players who averaged under 27 mpg on the roster last year. Eason and Collins who played 21 and 23 mins and are due for a raise this year.
That's just ridiculous, every one of my guys is either starting or being the 6th man for their teams.
Look, I get it. There are other guys who are top heavy. But that doesn't mean jack squat if the rest of the roster is trash.
I think every single one of the other playoff guys have been stashing guys who gave them zero stats or close to it.
I have none of those, and that's why I won and I will again next year. I've stashed for 9 years and lost stats like crazy every week. Not anymore.

In the end after you got all the star players you settled into a roster but early on just looking at our first matchup it was 44 games to like 68 games played. I had to pay Yahoo administrative fees that week just to process your transactions.

Re: Award Winning Lakers Board NBA Dynasty League - Year 10
Yeah, I did have a lot of scrubs last year and routinely streamed. I only did the moves about halfway through the season.
But not anymore, I genuinely traded all those picks for VanVleet because I literally had no guys I wanted to drop.
Only guy on my roster who is not safe is McConnell. That means if I don't have injuries and have to use the IL's, you will have to work less for my ass next year with the streaming problems.
But the 44 is your fault for giving up. You carried like 15 guys at some point and some of them were injured and not playing.
With 20 men rosters, no team that's active should have 44 games played in a week, that's just ridiculous.

yes, referring to FVV.... you never know what those picks will end up being. You may have just traded away a Kessler type of player.
but then again, maybe not.
