the doctors and administrators of those drugs not to mention the facility fees add up. I think he likely has sports nutritionists, a chef (he includes his salary in that figure he often quotes), a personal trainer, masseuses, physical therapist, sports psychologist, doctors, etc. It adds up. It's not like he's going to affordable people, he's going to the best that money can buy.

Just think about this, a top of the line private chef, minus the cost of all the food itself would cost 65k, that's just for cooking the meals.

So add all the other health and training related services (massage, physio, nutritionist, personal trainer), then if he's shuttling any of these people around anywhere, the transportation costs would be there too

Then add the cost of the home gym, all the chambers, equipment and appliances, including maintenance. He is likely using every new thing under the sun in terms of recovery, those add up, especially since early adopters help to pay the research costs and therefore are overcharged.
