I'm actually not unhappy we didn't get him. We should be able to do better, honestly. Beal is overly injured, over paid, and not a great defender. Statistically he's very similar to Tyler Herro. I know he's better than Herro but not by that much, tbh.

I honestly believe we'll find a better fit.

Karl Anthony Towns would be super interesting if him and Jimmy could make it work. Pair him with Bam in the front court

No, our whole offseason revolves around augmenting the core with whomever becomes available. If you think Miami is only looking at Dame, think again.

SMH small market owners whinning about big market teams then do ahead and do deals like this. Even if Beal had a no trade clause, you don't have to trade him. Getting CP3 washed a$$ and Shamet a 8th guy in rotation back is a joke. And they didn't have to rush this. The draft is 4 days way, why do you need to make the trade now?
Makes 0 sense they agreed to this, this fast. Let this play out and see if you get better offers. This was just lazy GMing. Why rush a bad deal
And Suns, if they healthy they walk through to a title. But can't respect them if they win a chip

I'm indifferent about Beal.

What stings is that the team keeps whiffing on their big swings which makes them look inadequate.

I still don't think we have the assets to get Lillard. I hope that I'm wrong.

Damn, that was quick. The Beal porn and awful thread title made me nervous.

Not mad, still believe in Pat!

Why should I think again when we just witnessed them look at Durant and miss out on literally everything else...

For what the Heat were reported to be trading it was worth it. 18th pick and role players is not something you turn down for an all-star. We are paying Lowry 30 mill for a few big plays a game oppose to Beal.

So much pacifying about Beal choosing Suns over us. Reality is our cap situation sucks and guarantee if we had so many non guaranteed contracts on our books like the Suns did he would be on the Heat. Wiz wanted a clean slate and the Suns gave it to them plain and simple. We got hosed. We have two first 18 and 2028 and it wasn’t enough to take on salary. They decided all the Suns second round picks were enough. We don’t have a second to trade till 2029

1. **** Beal, he's a loser for real.

2. Don't believe we'll get Dame. Won't happen.

3. What other moves can we makes with our picks and Herro/Duncan/Dipo/Lowry?

KAT is an immensely skilled offensive player. I loved him in that draft. Got to see him play my Georgia Bulldogs and will UK to a win. Thought he was the next golden boy. Unfortunately, it seems that he doesn't have all his ducks in a row between the ears. Has an interesting angle on how to translate his obvious talent to the floor, and looks to be missing some key "culture" ingredients.

We were just in the NBA finals and Beal literally wears number 3 because of Dwyane Wade. It couldn't of been that hard of a sell job
