Wade brought us Lebron and Bosh on a silver platter. Jimmy wanted Miami, again due to the Wade friendship. It wasn’t anything Pat did there. And last but not least Riley didn’t even want to draft Wade, needed to be convinced by others. You guys hold Pat with way too high regard. And when Lebron wanted to leave, Riley tried convincing him to stay by acquiring Danny Freaking Granger. Then cheap ass owner also amnestied Mike Miller. Who the hell uses an amnesty clause when you have a legendary trio on a dead eye 3 point shooter? Riley has been washed for ages and somehow the fans keep chirping “godfather” nonsense. Put up or shut up.

All Riley has done is hand Spo g league bums that spo somehow gets them to play like All stars. Then Riley comes in and gives them each 50mil and calls it a day

Still spewing the same garbage even after a Finals run lmao

Clearly Riley knows how to run a team.

Pat does OK ... between naps.

We can dangle Robinson, Oladipo, and picks for a player or players that are expiring. Maybe possibly take on a well calculated long term deal making less. Think 28 million worth of contracts for a player or players making 20.

This. The AP report settled it. Plumpkin has more value than Oladipo. Imagine that.

Are we here for finals runs or championship rings?

Can't control injuries to key players. Its pretty obvious the Heat have one of the best FOs in the league.

Lol best my ass. They were depending on Gabe Vincent, Max Strus, Duncan Robinson, and fat ass Kyle Lowry (another terrible Riley move). Sure we made the finals, by nothing short of a miracle.

Just look at how we got there. Giannis injury/Jimmy butler playing literally better than Michael Jordan. Cody Martin transforming into Kobe Martin shooting 80% from 3. Gabe Vincent became Gabe Curry hitting step back 3s. Jayson Tatum rolling his ankle on literally the first play of game 7. Eventually all our miracles that weren’t sustainable came crashing down to earth/reality. Jimmy was just another guy. Kobe Martin returned to Cody Martin, Max Strus went 0-12 and was the worst starting SG in Finals history. Curry Vincent couldn’t do a damn thing in the finals. Eventually the miracle run crashed down to earth. If you’re expecting these bums to get us to another finals you are highly mistaken. This was just another fluke run where everyone and their mamas played better than they ever have, and in the end they crashed down to the reality of being minimum salary g leaguers that Pats about to hand bags to. I’m sure Pat will sign some Chinese PF from the Gulag Sharks and spo will turn him into Karl Malone for a couple rounds.

Riley has done ZERO. His last move that was his to make was shaq. All other moves were Wades doing period. Mcbob and Granger are his legacy here. Along with Tyler Johnson, Hassan Whiteside and any other bum he finds that Spo somehow (steroids probably) turns them into monsters. Spo even had Bustice Winslow playing at a high level, now he’s in Guatemala. Riley like it or not is a demented old man and he’s riding Spo’s tail. The student has become the teacher.

Expiring contract buyout player in order to extract an asset of value for the future. Things rebuilding teams with stupid amounts of cap space take on in order to keep building for the future.

Bad move in my opinion, unless we have an under the table guarantee he will sign with us this will be another Giannis-Kevin Durant dud all over again. Very dissapointing what jus happened with Beal.

So now the Beal fiasco is over, how long before the Lillard path meets it's dead end?

Even the Wiz board is disappointed with the trade. They like the Miami heat deal more.

I agree… riles has made too many errors n mistakes to continue as heat gm… the state of this team is not a good one… this is a team that has zero superstars, can’t win titles, won’t win titles, and can’t sell tickets. The heat will be running it back next season with the same squad because their only trade piece is Tyler “bricks” herro. No doubt bout it… we are stuck.

Our guys is Caleb Martin. He's the brother with the talent. Cody is the one with the looks.

Pat better not strike out again holding out for a bigger target that's all I got to say. I'd hate to waste another year of Jimmy knowing we can't win the title.

Barry really pushing the half-hearted stuff, even though it makes the Heat look kind of bad, depending on if you were interested in those two. If you weren't, it looks great then.

I still don't get what the hurry in completing this deal was for the Wizards. Why before the draft, when there is no significant pick involved?

And there was this news that Washington is pushing for this to be completed before Dame came on the market, since that would take away Miami. Great, sounds reasonable .. IF you are going with Miami. Nope, they went with PHX.

Make this make sense please. Someone? Anyone?

Return to Miami Heat
