These trades that fans are putting together for Wendell are hilarious. He's the hot commodity on Twitter.

That NTC forced Washington’s hand. They probably had a handshake deal that he’d pick where he went and they’d make it happen.

Starting a rebuild with Avdija, Kispert, Johnny Davis, pick 8 and KP potentially as a trade asset isn’t a great starting point for them but at least they’ve got guys to give minutes to now.

How.about Kuzma? Lol.. also Johnny Davis has been a disapppintment so far right?

Isn't kuzma a free agent?

They could make it work. A defensive guard and a rim protector with those 3....

Beal too…there were times, when Wall was out, that Beal would wrack up assists. Very similar to CJ/Dame. That’s my hope…to find a scoring guard hidden in a ball-dominant superstar PG’s shadow…and free him. But not a horrifically overpaid oft-injured old guy like Beal. I’d take Poole or Simons over Beal in a second.

Jordan paid $275 million for a majority stake in the franchise in 2010.

So the maths has this as a compound interest rate of 22% annual. I ask you, what investment on earth provides this level of pay?

This is how owners make money; not from ticket sales, TV rights, etc. Which help the team not cost anything annually.

Jordan east made 2.5B for putting his money into a NBA bank for 13 years. WOW!

Jordan didnt own the team outright, just a majority stake. So he doesnt get the entire increase in value.

Guessing they waive Paul...i think we should think long and hard about claiming Paul.

Yeah, this is a bit lighter than I expected but I was saying that the 11th pick would be too much for him. But again, that trade clause is a killer.

2 things, I thought trading CP3 makes his contract fully guaranteed...

Also, I still don't get it from the Sun's perspective... os Beal going to play PG?

Maybe booker playing SF. I don't think they are done. They gotta move Ayton. Kind of surprised Ayton wasnt in this deal. Maybe added one of Delon Wright or Monte Morris or even Gafford.

Or maybe they think there is enough creation with Beal, Booker, and Durant to just use those guys to create all the offense.

It's called income inequality. The richest people have accumulated wealth at such a higher rate than the rest of the population over the last 15 years. What else are they going to spend all this cash on....owning sports is a status club, and there is so much wealth out there these sports commodities just have crazy valuations, due to that wealth.

Beal and Booker BOTH have a lot of history handling the ball. It's the way the game is moving...Who is the PG for the champs? (hint: he's not really a PG)

booker and beal backcourt, then they are gonna search for sure at very least another guy similar to Craig, probably two.
(don't ask me how tough :D )

if they trade Ayton for wing/forward dept, they will look for some big body at center just for regular season minutes.
in playoff they gonna play in 6 maybe 7,but most probably a six men rotation.

I have no idea why Boston can get Porzingis from them for such a terrible return. Baffles me.

Wake up WeHam. Beat that crap. Marcus Morris, Amir Coffey, Gallinari and the 30th pick? Gimme a break.

Sounds like Porzingis used his sign off on his player option to control where he went.

Wizards don’t have a need for Brogdon, but I’d have thought they could get a better return than Clippers scraps. Wizards are just helping players get to competitive teams for a weak return.

Guaranteed theres a sleeper steal on the board at 30 though. Can they pick him? That’s the gamble.

so Boston trades Smart and a 2nd and gets Porzingis and 2 first round picks.
Memphis trades 2 picks and Jones and gets Smart.
Washington trades Porzingis and gets Jones, Muscala and Gallinari, and a 2nd this year.

I guess Brogdon becomes the starting PG. I really think Smart will be missed in Boston for his defense and grit. But with Brogdon running the show, even though he is more combo guard, their offense will run a little better. Guessing Zinger plays F/C with Horford. Will be interesting to see how fast Boston fans turn on him when he inevitably gets injured. as he usually does.

With Brooks gone, Memphis will like Smart doing all the dirty work. I think if you rated players, Smart would rank lower than Zinger, but Memphis paid a lot more to get him. Interesting in that they let one borderline dirty player go for another defender that while not dirty, is one that gets under opposing players skins just as much, just more for his flopping.

Washington, well they were going to lose Porzingis for nothing. They get Jones i guess as the starting PG (guess CP3 will be bought out) and a 2nd which i guess is better than nothing. Jones expires this year, so he will be playing for his next deal.

They'll run more Derrick White at PG most likely. It will be a big step up for Pritchard, in a contract year too.

Boston could be a team calling Orlando asking about Anthony's availability.

Boston got way longer with Porzingis and will be a tougher matchup for us.

I like Pacers draft and I really like GSW's summer, so far...they're fortunate to be in a position to, perhaps, look for value vs risky ceiling guys. Podz & Trayce Jackson-Davis are nice players and CP3 makes people better...CP3 might be an interesting thing as he likes it slow.
