If we are offering 18, i need mcconnell in the deal somehow.

The priced paid by #18 is twice higher than losing Duncan. It was a bad signing for sure, don't lose out on a valuable asset, whom could become a very good player for Miami because your trying to shed Duncan's salary. Just play Duncan in his role until he expires, live with your decisions, and work around them.

The issue there is Duncan was essentially 18 million wasting away on the bench last year. If you have to use a future pick fine but it’s definitely time to find him a new home IMO if we can get a reliable replacement

Anybody see the article this morning about Zion Williamson being a trade target for the Heat?

They’re aggregating (regurgitating) from a Chris Haynes podcast.

I’m still looking to trade Duncan and Oladipo and picks for reinforcements and the chance to use the tax MLE.

Just saw on ESPN that Portland is considering keeping Dame and trading for Bam to team him up with Dame in Portland

I hear the sides are close. The deal is centered on Nurkic and #23.

Your going to continue to read the same tweets regurgitating the same thing written in 5 different ways from now until Dame makes a decision, which could be even pushing passed the draft. I have a feeling even after draft night, it will be days before you get closure. Expect Damian Lillard to sit down with upper management that weekend following the draft to resolve the future of the franchise in context. He will most likely still give them the benefit of the doubt and let free agency continue to move forward. In the realm he actually makes a decision it will be farther closer to training camp than now. By then if Miami holds their cards and nothing happens we could potentially see ourselves losing out on valuable smaller trades to help the team.

I swear, the ESPN content sometimes is mindboggling on the narratives they shoot out there, like without concern for it actually making sense. I don't even know why I bother with them, its getting to a point where if I have to choose between them and listening to a podcast on Youtube on how to correctly finger fck a squirrel. I am choosing the squirrel how to sex zoology podcast no lie.

Well, they've been talking about Miami going after Dame, so what's the difference?
