If we can trade herro and picks, filler for siakam and resign strus and Vincent I think we are good to go

Bam/yurt7
Siakam/Highsmith/love
Butler/Caleb
Strus/Robinson
Vincent/Lowry

You’ll need to re-route the Bam package to Toronto to convince blockhead Masai to get rid of him.

Who brought Butler to Miami? Pat Riley

We know D-Wade was in Butler's ear in Chicago, and that certainly was a factor in Jimmy wanting Miami.

But who actually brought Butler here? Who got him here with no cap space? Who got him here even after Dallas tried to sabotage the trade last minute? Thats right, it was Riley who was able to unload Whiteside's contract and get us Butler.

Butler didn't just magically show up in Miami because DWade hyped us up. Riley made it happen when others wouldn't have gotten it done.

Andy Elisburg

Come on... any FO stuck in the middle would have done that S&T at that price. Andy Elisburg was the guy having to shuffle the players around but once again, most if not all FO would have done that to get the player they want. I remember Morey building a Frankenstein offer to get CP3 out of LA.

I have no problem saying Riley created the environment that Butler wanted to play in, but to say he's without error is ridiculous. He's been tremendous for the organization but it doesn't mean he still has the same fastball he once had.

Be careful defending him or people are going to start saying you’re not a real Heat fan you’re just a paid Riley fan and informant and yes you will have a massive circle jerk gathering of posters who got mad you called them out for saying some stupid **** and hurting their feelings.

There is absolutely nothing wrong building with Bam,Butler, and Herro. Just have to be realistic on who we can get without adding any of those players. We have close to 40 million in expiring’s and a few 1st.

We have close to 58 million in salaries between Lowry, Robinson, and Oladipo. Damn i cringe just typing that. But on the bright side all that salary with 40 of it expiring to get something done. Keep expectations on player return in check. Most likely looking at the McDermott’s of the NBA world and such. Maybe Bagley and Bogdonovic as a true score.

Get this kiddo in and let Jimmy school him to become our SF star of the future.

Glad to see he is making a name for himself… Jett was a total knucklehead in Middle School. Would have never thought he would get his head straight and be the better brother! Still doubtful of him…. But If the heat brass see something, then I am in. You know he will have some of that Juwan mentality in him.

Cote learned from his days of wanting to trade Dan Marino and keep Scott Mitchell. He is the voice of reason!

There’s so many moves out there to be made by us that would put us over the top, would just rather then happen sooner rather then later so we know exactly what we’re working with next season

If Lilllard isn't available (which is where I think it is leaning right now), that player we need isn't available in the market. It's unfortunate. We need the third star.

If u don't want 2b here, the way things work, u don't like it, then don't b here. U have 2 stand on something. If Miami ain't standing on something, they become alot of these organizations trying 2 find their identity. This is the culture, bro -Wade

So an "initial deal was complete" between the Heat and Wizards before Beal vetoed it?

Basically it got down to the one yard line.

Beal asked Pat, will you do what ever it take to win, even paying the tax........silence

Pat asked Beal, will you remove the no trade clause......silence

Then two days later the Suns pop in and finish the deal.

Part of this is satire part of it is reality, who really knows.
