The last CONMEBOL club to win a Club World Cup were Corinthians in 2012. UEFA Big 5 League clubs are just on another level. I would sell my soul to win a Libertadores. My club are 0-2 in Libertadores Finals. We've won 16 league titles, most in Ecuador, and we are by far the most popular club there as well. But we're missing La Gloria Eterna...

Brazilians have forgotten the art of winning 1-0. We've had David Luis as central defender (zagueiro central) the last 4 seasons. He came over from PSG. He is incredibly talented but every time I see him I remember Brazil losing 7-1 to Germany. He was there. :-(

I remember 11-30 with these guys. ^

Let me tell you about my favorite soccer team, Club Deportivo Real Supositorio. They are on a serious run. Please wish us luck in our upcoming cross-town derby against our rivals, Enema Fulminante C.F.

Lol man Metta I won't lie I dislike you so much right now (not on a serious level) over the last few days. Everytime I want to fantasize and hope we land Beal or Dame you've been the steady voice of truth on this forum. "You guys are hoping for a pipe dream, it's not happening, our cap situation this, yadi yadi yah". Everytime I fall asleep to dream and the dream gets juicy you slap me in the face to wake up lol. It's all good though. At least it tempers expectations and it's appreciated. Honestly even if we only end up adding two minimum guys in Pat Bev and Chrisitan Wood I'd be content. I'm really high on Christian Wood. End of the day everyday won't be Christmas (in terms of big additions) and you can't win or make the finals every year. I really want to see more of our younger guys in this order next season....Jovic, Cain, O. Robinson.

Let's trade Bam and sell high. The bum can't even shoot a three lol. We've protected him long enough!

Lol

My completely egregious blow it up idea

Step 1 trade Butler to Portland
Step 2 Aquire all their draft capital, and Sharpe
Picks 3 and 23 2025, and 2026,unprotected picks
Step 3 Re route Sharpe+Filler and send Tyler Herro to New Orleans for Zion
Step 4 Draft Scoot Henderson
Step 5 Send Picks 18,23 along with a collection of 5 future 1st round picks 2from Portland and 3 from Miami 7 1st round picks in total and Kyle Lowry for Morant

Morant
Scoot
Zion
Jovic
Bam
Martin
Robinson
Highsmith

Just go all in on the dominant troubled youth movement and drive Spo to an early grave

It would be like the Big 3 but with guns and pornstars probably have to talk Haslem out of retirement to babysit it’s worth the money and roster spot

Yeah but crazy is like a right of passage. Like who among us hasn't dont a crazy chick, they are fun until they are not....

Zion is learning that the hard way. Honestly how did he not get her to sign a NDA. They have a freaking NBA seminar after you are drafted that kinda hint hint telling you how to navigate the turbulent sea of instagram, fans only, porn star, wannabe baby mamas. Was he asleep that day?

If it doesn’t cost Herro, you take the 50 games + Playoff P

For sure no doubt about it

Being able to close with

Jimmy
Herro
George
Martin
Bam

At the risk of sounding desperate to seduce every available player via trade-- I'd take Sexton as a step down from Myrie

Sexton/OG isn't getting you a ring under any normal circumstance, but we'd compete

Sexton plays Trae Young lvls of chit defense without the elite offense to back it up. He's not that good. People talk about him cuz he's a former 8th pick but players such as him, that don't move the needle and locked up for years making 17M... they sink your team... not to mention would have to give up assets to get him. I'll take Gabe at 6-8M over sexton at 17M all day.

I didnt see this posted but The Ringer updated their trade rankings a couple days ago.
https://nbarankings.theringer.com/trade-value

I'd love Paul George. He's #39.
Paul George is better than Beal. Doesn't have a NTC. Isn't locked up at 55-60M for three more years after this season. People wanting Beal and not PG3 is crazy to me.

A closing four of Caleb Jimmy PG3 and Bam with whoever else out there, based on matchups. Would be sick.

Honestly I was hyped for the 18th pick but what you said about trading it for cap space or 2nd round space made me stop looking at potential prospects honestly. It makes too much sense.

That's a crazy list! Austin friggin Reaves grouped under "All upside"?? And also rated higher than Scottie Barnes?

So we've entered the trading bam to the blazers and trading for PG part of the offseason, I can only see things getting weirder from here

Don't expect much this summer. Maybe we'll get it if Crowder accepts the minimum. FO will wait until february for a star to request trade.

well yes, Dame asks out and the saga will begin, he won't get traded till deadline at least and FO will make no moves waiting (except for cap space)
