The issue is that they have absolutely **** money the'd be unloading on us. Like, you get Tim Hardaway Jr. and Taylor Hendricks. Or Davis Bertans and Taylor Hendricks.

If the Celtics did a S&T with Dallas for Grant Williams the expected package would be a TPE and a 2nd round pick. Anything more would be unrealistic in my opinion.

Brad Stevens should be doing something like this at the very least. Get some cheap contracts.

Man that Dallas roster is full of hot garbage after Luka - don't see anything worth taking back

Lots of name being thrown out there but not a lot of movement right now. Hopefully draft night is a different story...

Agreed. In fact, I wish our third stringers and end of the bench guys are more young 21-23 year olds rather than the Justin Jackson, Brodric Thomas, Nik Stauskas types. These guys are not gonna help win you games. They're not gonna play in the playoffs. But you might have a chance of finding some diamond in the rough.

Something like Grant S & T to Washington with Brogdon going to a 3rd team with cap space. Washington is tearing it down but they'd be thrilled to get a young player like Grant locked up for 4 years on reasonable money with no other money coming back.
