Confidence is a real thing and he's playing with alot of it. His physical profile of being 6-8 230 with 7-2+ wingspan was suppose to make him a plus defender which he's not btw.

The following factors actually made him a 3 level scoring threat in the NBA which nobody foresaw. He's not the best defender which is no excuse but hopefully he can picked that part of his game up.

That is quite the take and I do not dispute it at all.

it shows atlanta is a bad team when you have young, reddish, collins and they are all worse.
and some of them will get maxed so this is pretty much your core for the next decade.

Were not a bad team. We are actually solid and good when healthy but we still have tiers to unlock if everyone locks in.

There were some hilarious takes in this thread. I was pretty low on Hunter (#16). It's good to go back and look at how people were talking about a hyped up prospect before the draft a few years later when he looks like a bust basically.

weird flex for a dude that had Jarrett Culver #3, Jontay Porter #6, and Goga Bitadze #8 in that same class

Hunter has been devastated by injuries and is still a two-way 15/4/4 wing on solid efficiencies, not sure what kind of coup you're trying to claim here

When people don't watch the Hawks and make statements, it's obvious

I stopped watching the Hawks when they traded Huerter.

Hunter sucks though.
