Haynes reporting that Ty Lue is not signing an extension with the Clippers (https://bleacherreport.com/articles/10079557-nba-rumors-beal-granted-permission-to-speak-with-teams-top-prospect-to-meet-with-mj).

Would love to make him our replacement next summer.

Someone about to be waived, a guy who barely plays, and second-round picks. Man.

The Wizards might break our record for the worst season ever next year.

Since the Wizards are having a fire sale at bargain bin prices we should offer them one of our 2nds for Kispert or Avdija.

Unlikely they bite but I could get around this. Realistically though they had absolutely no leverage at all with Beal so I don't think that means that they will also give away players on team-controlled rookie scale contracts.

The Wiz would probably give us Kispert for a box of old donuts with the way they've been so far this offseason.

Warriors trading Poole for CP3. What a wild offseason.

Thunder trading 12 for 10 and Bertans was awful.

They ate 17 million this year to move up 2 slots, and at least 5 million in dead money next.

that's not awful by any stretch of the imagination. If you have a target in the lottery, go out there and get it. They were likely worried about another team trading up to draft their target.

The Magic were going to draft Wallace, that's why OKC traded up. I think they may have assumed he'd be there, it might explain why they reached for Howard.

Magic would of taken Wallace and Black? I get the BPA approach, but noway those guys are a good fit together as neither can shoot and both are really more defensive first options.

You have to think they're looking to trade some guards. I think Fultz is going to get traded this summer. They can't develop Black and Suggs as playmakers while Fultz is their primary ball handler.

Dinos were rumored to be willing to trade up for Cason.
