The 2022 run really was memorable. That shot where Curry puts 'em to sleep w/ the Night Night and JP looks all excited is something that will always be etched in my mind. I'm bummed that it didn't work out, but have to move on and stay in the reality we are in.

He really did contribute big to our 2022 championship with his super hot shooting run, so I am always going to be grateful and remember him fondly as a Warrior. Remember him for his best moments, guys!

I'm happy for him to get the hell away from a toxic teammate and fanbase. He had his warts and say what you will about him but he was an iron man who played all 82 games and filled in every roll he was asked to while helping the Warriors win their 4th title. Good luck JP!

i am happy he is gone, obvious a big part of the championship run but he is not a winner and he wanted to be the man when he is not clearly good enough.

Best of luck JP

Appreciate the growth in 2021-22 that helped us win a chip and win him a bag. Hope it works out for him in Washington

the story behind him is amazing... a lot of fans were playing catch up on him his entire warriors career

most wanted to trade him or even cut him after his rookie season where the team was decimated.. then he got a chance with the starters in year 2 and looked like a NBA player, but few wanted to give him starts that year because he wasnt good enough and it would hurt the defense. Then in year 3, he started and was part of an elite defense, though he contributed nothing to that. But his shot was falling so now fans loved him.. and then year 4 happened, where it showed that if the shot wasnt falling, he's a huge net negative. And some fans are still chasing year 3 stuff and loving the guy

You couldn't write a movie of Monta 2.0 any better, honestly

His legacy here will be the title on one side, and on the other.. it will be how despite getting punched in the face, he became the guy that the team wanted gone

Best of luck to him, but until his attitude/effort changes, he's going to be a problem contract

Bit of an airhead... but a lovable one.

Pull your head out Jordan and good luck!

Even though it’s unlikely, I’m still hoping he improves his decision making and becomes a good player. I wish him well.

May there be many baddies on your sideline, and a green light for every shot...

Bro was great for us in 2022. I always thought he would have been one of our most important players if we didn't have Steph. Only other player on the team that could dribble pass and shoot at a high level. Anyway he was never going to get consistent starter minutes as long as we had Steph. So it's probably better for him with the Wizards. He will get all the minutes he wants there.

My thoughts exactly. Dude worked so hard to become a legit nba player. Was a major factor in winning a title and always stepping up when we had injuries. Also funny and entertaining. I will be rooting for him to ball out in DC.

He was a big part of this run that basically ended the series. His overall demeanor is way more focused and locked in than during this past year (although he does lose his man on the first possession of the video ). I think getting the bag ruined him. He could've still been useful to us if we paid him 4/70m or something, which we probably could have done this offseason if we didn't jump the gun last offseason. Oh well, Bob messed this one up. He was an amazing GM but he royally effed up the JP situation.

he was a big part of the run but not in the finals though

he was 6th in mins in the finals and 5 or 6th best on the team.

My favorite Poole moment : when he gave Marcus Smart some of that flopping treatment back to him.. then gave him that look like yeah you know it… Hope this ain’t deja vu - Agent Zero vibes
