Didn't expect that. Hope the best for Scoot as well. Excited to see what Miller can do for us!

Miller is the pick!

I'm guessing we tried to get a future first out of Portland but they obviously didn't bite.

Ugh, I’m going to need a minute. I thought it wasn’t going to matter but it does. It just feel like 5-6 years from now I’m going to be watching yall talk about how we should have picked scoot

They’re going to regret passing on Scoot. Never draft for need.

Waiting for Portland to trade Scoot to New Orleans so we can all talk about the last time we passed on a PG that went to New Orleans

Drafted the better player. In my opinion.

Yeah Miller was a second round talent and definitely not at all in the conversation for #2 the entire time based on his status as a prospect

Disappointed :banghead: Scoot would of been a great back court with Melo but oh well, just another Hornets draft. Welcome Brandon to Charlotte

Only the lolcats would draft a prospect with a PG ceiling over a prospect with a Westbrook ceiling

Scoot can run his own team in POR (with Lillard career waning) wasn't gonna be able to do that in CHA

I have no doubt he's gonna kill it is POR. Best of luck to him!

I'm psyched for the Hornets to add Brandon Miller!

I actually like Miller's personality. He's got some spunk to him and he showed last season he's willing to play hurt to help his team. He isn't a me first player.

...I'd rather have PG than Westbrook. It's not even close.

Scoot isn't close to the athlete that Westbrook is.

Glad I don't do social media, listen to local media or hornets podcasts right now. Their already mostly insufferable and tomorrow won't be a picnic.

We are already braindead according to Bill Simmons for taking Miller over Scoot

This is no Ammo or Felton/May selection for sure. Feel-o-meter was that Scooter had the killer instinct and Miller only has that as an accessory.
