funny that we always speak about "Presti type of guy" but nobody would guess him picking Wallace. Rather get Wallace than Dick or Lively but still not happy (even more with taking on Bertan's contract)

We likely failed to get Presti's guy and decided to go for BPA...doubt Wallace was Presti biggest target

Not ready to defend the Wallace pick but -

Last year it came out that we bought the 11 pick to make sure that we got Jalen at 12. That turned out great and was the correct intel.

If Presti thought we needed to get to 10 then it’s because he has some intel and I trust that.

yeah I don't mind taking on Bertans contract. We have ton of cap space and we knew we were not gonna add major pieces in this offseason.

Are we still playing JDub at the PF position? Or Presti still believes in Poku?

Love the pick. OKC has been way too dog-averse in the past. Think Wallace will immediately help and find a spot in the rotation

He’s definitely one of those “love him on your team, hate him on other teams” dudes.

We succeeded drafting guys that were happy to be in OKC...not a good start with Wallace.

Wallace was one of my favorite prospects, great pick. Wanted Bilal but doesn't seem like that was a realistic option given how it broke.

Draft night feelings/emotions are stupid and meaningless. I know that but I’m pretty underwhelmed and borderline irritated with this kid saying there is nothing to do in Oklahoma. He’s not Lebron. He’s a meh prospect on draft night. Show some enthusiasm and appreciation. This isn’t Ames Iowa.

My way too early based on way too little research read, this dude's game gives me a little bit of Marcus Smart vibes. Maybe a little better scorer at the same stage.

Jalen looked like someone shot his dog after he was drafted last year. It’s hard to lose a guy through their first two contracts.
