Whoever ESPN had ranked 6 hasn't been drafted yet as far as I can tell.

Cam Whitmore. Big upside - some mocks liked him as the fourth pick. I suspect he had some bad pre-draft medical reports.

Yeah. I figured it out. That's a pretty big slide so far. 13 Grady Dick. Cam Whitmore still falling.

This is a weak draft, lot of projects. Last year was a lot deeper. Not a year I would trade future picks to move up/into the 1st.

Thats a LOT of money to eat for OKC to move up 2 spots.
But Cason Wallace a great pick there, one of the few guys with NBA ready body/defensive skills.

I think you might see someone trade up for him and take a chance.

Kind of like Michael Porter Jr dropping with the back scare.

With the combination of top prospects not playing college basketball and the Wolves not having picks, I don’t know if I’ve ever been less interested in a draft.

Love the atrocious coverage where their comp for a Uconn SG is 3 other former UConn SGs.
Almost as bad as saying Zion Williamson is going to improve the Pelicans interior defense.

The family interviews are nice though.
Better than the tragedy porn they run during the NFL draft where they dig up every dead relative or bad thing that happened to every player that they can find.

I don't watch college ball at all so that doesn't matter to me. The Wolves first pick coming at 53 does. Ouch. Could have just kept everybody and had the guy who should have been the RotY.

I wish I knew what the problem was with Whitmore.

I’m a little worried that UTA drafts Whitmore, he overcomes whatever is making him drop, and he becomes a steal of the draft.

The one good thing is that they got rid of the green room, so some kid that drops isn’t sitting back there alone.

Nope. Still sliding. 6 to 17 or later is a massive slide based on expectations. I bet the Lakers take him.

9:37 p.m. ET: Villanova forward Cam Whitmore was projected as a top-10 pick, but has fallen out of the lottery. ESPN draft contributor Jeremy Woo reported "there's a palpable trepidation surrounding [Whitmore's] medicals that's contributed to this slide. That chatter grew louder behind the scenes today."

Slide to 53 please.
I'd rather have a bottle in front of me than a frontal lobotomy.

trade SloMo for the rights to Whitmore. I'll take my chances. We need to take some big swings.

ESPN coverage is so bad. This draft is just dragging along. 53 seems like an eternity from now.

SloMo is too valuable for our win-now franchise.

Prince and ??? Three seconds? We’re talking about a pick in the 20’s.

Sad to hear Woj say that his individual workouts and interviews also went poorly. But at that price, you gotta take that gamble for a chance at high end talent.

HOU is the perfect team to take a big swing at Cam.

If Houston is serious about trying to skip the rebuild, I'd have them on the short list of big K trade destination possibilities. Thompson and Eason is money, anything else is just a bonus.

It’d be cool to see SAC take Kris Murray at 24.
