Not a shock.
The most charitable interpretation is that it's ethnic cleansing and massive war crimes.

There you go and you get multiple 2nd round picks to boot. Great move!

Future seconds... kind of wish they were current seconds so we could find out if they were good now when we have JB hitting a supermax and 3 guys coming off their contracts in Horford, Brogdon, KP and we know we're not keeping at least 2 but maybe all 3 of them.

But oh well.

Can't argue with getting even one second round pick to just wait 7 more picks and lower the cap hit. But if we get 2 that's pretty great.

Brad doesn't want the guaranteed contract of a 1st rounder.

This means a number of players the Celtics are coveting are still there on the board and are confident that they will still be there at 31 right? Right?

The difference between #25 and #31 is negligible.

The difference between the full MLE and tMLE is huge.

Celtics worked out Prosper, TJD, Andre Jackson and Walsh prior to the draft.

Prosper went right before our pick. I'm guessing that once he went off the board, the celtics figured why not trade down a few slots, knowing that 1 of the other guys (TJD, Walsh or Jackson) would still be there and we can just take 1 of them later..
Nothing wrong with having a different opinion - as long as it's done respectfully. It'd be lame if we all agreed on everything :)

Ya'll know less about basketball than Bill Simmons in this thread. Hilarious.
