He looks fantastic. He must have had some wild red flags for that many teams to pass on him.

Medicals, workouts, and interviews apparently all sucked

You think Jaq gets the nod over Jovic?

Thank god we don’t have to play Caleb at the 4 anymore, hopefully.

He was probably next on our board tbh. GState would have picked Jaquez if he was there

Jaquez is not a PF. He's not big enough and he can't space the floor for Jimmy and Bam

Crazy ass lineup with mini spanish olynyk at pf

I think it's absurd to make some sort of declaration on the pick tonight. No one here has watched the guy play and can't predict what happens the moment he gets to work with Miami's development team. Hell, we don't even know if he doesn't get included in a trade this off-season.

It's extremely short-sighted to have some sort of defiant opinion one way or the other on any of these players at the moment.

Not sure he has star potential so, we’ll see.

They didn't need someone with "star" potential. THey needed someone that had skill sets that could allow him to see the court right away. A lot of this sounds like a guy that can find himself in the rotation pretty quickly.

When i heard his age i thought perhaps they drafted to insert him sooner. JJ said he's a Heat sorta guy so i'm expecting hustle & hard nosed player. I can dig it.
If u don't want 2b here, the way things work, u don't like it, then don't b here. U have 2 stand on something. If Miami ain't standing on something, they become alot of these organizations trying 2 find their identity. This is the culture, bro -Wade

Casemiro (not Casimiro) is an elite Brazilian midfielder who plays for Real Madrid.

He is a lot more developed players, its a good chance. He knows how to play.

Comparing him to Martin in size. Martin is 6'4.5 without shoes, Jaquez is 6'6 without shoes 225 lbs. He is a wide body that knows how to set picks, block out and he is a scorer.
