I agree we made stupid signings and had to do a ton of cap gymnastics to afford Brunson, but in the end with where we were at it was the right move. Same with the Hart trade this year, he was a huge catalyst for our “run” and i highly doubt we thought we wouldn’t get the Mavs pick, we woulda had pick 11 or 12 and everyone would have been bitching about who we picked. Bitch bitch bitch, life of a Knicks fan… we have earned the right to bitch though

If someone's visiting your place and deliberately breaks a plate but cleans it up, do you heap praise on them for cleaning up?

Did Brock Aller join the Celtics? They seem to love to trading down to add those second round picks.

Julian Phillips, and Sidy too.

A few guys the Knicks could take a flyer on or Leon might still be sleeping…

If it was Red Panda? Yeah probably. We got Brunson bro, we need to forget about last draft.

def high reward low risk in the second round. his lack of wing span along with not being all world athletic and questionable shot selection with little desire to defend is what has him where he is now compared to what he was projected to be in high school

Usually there's one or two at least mid level trades. This has been awful and boring

It’s almost midnight and we are on pick 32.

The NBA and ESPN are pathetic for this.
Thank you, Rick Brunson.

Why?

You keep wanting to ignore the fact that we could've had both a pick last year and Brunson because it exposes the flaw in your argument that Leon and co. are playing 4d chess

Throwing away 1st round picks to dump contracts you just signed the year before when everybody knew they were bad is not praise worthy.
