He has such polish on his form and technique. Gives me flashes of Tatum, style wise.

Well, if he was indeed playing hurt most of the year, hopefully that means his mobility/defense/rebounding are a bit better than he was able to show.

Did you just drop a “c*nt” blast on a sports message board?

What a waste of a good keyboard.

Welcome Jett! Definitely was a surprising pick, but excited to see him work in Orlando!

Nobody’s complaining about the archetype. The pick was a reach.

Okay I'm ending this right now. Franz wasn't nearly as big of a reach as some of y'all seem to remember him as. We picked Franz 8th in 2021. cbssports had him 9th in their last mock draft. SI had him 8th. Nbadraft.net had him 9th. B/R had him 8th. Nba.com's own consensus mock draft had him 9th. The Ringer had him 10th on their big board and 7th in their mock draft.

I posted this in another Thread....

Question.

On Jett Howard going #11 and The Magic not trading back to get him......

Sometimes you got to get your guy and not risk it.

Teams have players rated differently. Maybe another team had Jett Howard high on their Board too.

Almost as important though...........

How many future first round picks have been traded during The Draft so far?

NONE!

Do you risk losing your guy for a few future 2nds?

The pick has been made and while players many of you liked in Gradey Dick, Cam Whitmore, Kobe Bufkin, Kevonte George and others might have great careers and had been good picks, Jett Howard could be a good player as well and he was #15 on my big board btw.

I really like this kid and what a great pedigree. His dad played 21 seasons.

And Jett isn't as much either though tbh. He was being mocked to us before Bufkin was the last 2 or so months.

I feel like there's always a recency bias in terms of where players are being mocked in the last month versus any time before that, even if there were no games played since then.
