Ok, I'm lost!
I thought the phoenix pick at 52 was coming to us -- not true? oh screw it.

We are getting Patrick Baldwin for... what? For our #57?

Baldwin was a FRP a year ago. Is it official that he's a bust? I figure it's worth a flyer on a FRP a year after sitting on the bench for a vet contender, if the only cost was a *very* late SRP.

Poole/Rollins
JD/Bilal
Kispert/Baldwin Jr.
Deni/TJD
Gafford/Vukcevic/Huff

We've got a decent crop of young guys. I'm excited to see how the season plays out.

EDIT: Take TJD out and move Baldwin and Bilal up one.

How soon can he play for us?

Jackson-Davis would be a smart move. Maybe with that final pick.

Surprised to see GG Jackson still available. Young but might be upside pick.

Great prediction and I love the move. Yeah he plays a style that's out of style
but he's damn good at it and being older was a man among boys last year.
Now he's gonna have to do it in the NBA. We'll see.

If I had my way, Monte Morris and Tyus would be traded before opening day.

TJD is Trace Jackson Davis. He's going to the Warriors so it's a moot point.

Galli will play (In the hopes that we can move him at the deadline). Muscala shouldn't be touching the floor IMO. Ditto with Gill. They're good veteran guys to have in the locker room, but it's time to develop young talent. Can't do that if we're giving precious minutes to Muscala and Gill.

Put Jackson behind JD, move Bilal to behind Kispert, and move Baldwin to behind Deni.

Delon I'd keep to start the season but look to move at the deadline. Maybe a Galli and Delon for filler package.

Just saw that, and then things went totally side ways. Well, he'll never have a better opportunity to build a career w/the minutes he could get this year if he earns them at all.

Senior out of IU. Put up nice numbers. Stat stuffer.

Did we trade him to GS? WiTAF?

Really happy with our selections.

Coulibaly and Vukcevic were pretty much my dream scenario.

Coulibaly has so much up-side. I am quite happy with this pick. He stands a chance to be a very good player. A summer of working on his shot, before this season starts, will do him well. He can make an impact this year.
Vukcevic is also an interesting pick with lots of up-side. He says he wants to go to a team that will play him. I am wondering if he will put in the work to be a success. Because if he does, the sky is the limit. He already has a good shot, and after watching some of his videos, I think he seems pretty aware on the court. If he can bulk up and gain some lateral quickness, he too may turn into a very good player. Given where he was picked, this was really good value. Before the draft, I hadnt spent much time, other than looking at stats, checking him out. Now that I've done a little more research, I like this pick.
A good night for the Wizards.

I am not a Vukcevic believer. I don't see it. Like the eye test is fine the advanced stats love him but **** I don't see it.

Bilal reminds me of a mix of O.G. and Mikal.
His ceiling is jimmy Butler. His floor is an older Trevor ariza.

There's a lot to like about Vukcevic, his offensive upside is just unreal for a kid his size.

A lot has been made about Jokic's inability to defend, and that's always a big question mark for players that have his stature and seemingly plodding running style, but it's not like he's a low energy low effort guy, so there's hope.

His rebounding to me is a far bigger concern than his defense though.

It's a red flag when guys like him don't have a knack for it, and it's typically not something that comes around, much like a jumper.

We'll see, but those are the kind of picks you make in the 2nd round.

I think GSW likes PBJ. My guess is that this move was about $$$ and the new CBA. Swapping PBJ out for TDJ saves a pile of money once lux tax is figured in.

I can't tell yet if PBJ is going to stick in the league or not, but he is smart and can shoot, and it's really hard to bother his 3 pointer. I think of him as a deep bench guy with some upside.
