I know I made a post about it previously, but it will be interesting to see what returning players we end up sending out there.

We also need to make decisions on Eugene, Livers and Burks by 6/29/23 and Hampton by July 6th.

I’m personally looking forward to the regular season. We need this young core to gel and show enough potential/promise to attract an established star at the 3 or 4 position.

PG: Cade - Hayes - Sasser/Ivey
SG: Ivey - Ausar
SF: Bojan - Ausar
PF: Wiseman - Bojan - Stewart
C: Duren - Wiseman - Bagley

Our depth at PG, SG and C is nuts and we def need to see what we can get in FA and/or trade to get a forward.

I think we pick up Burks and Livers and let the other two walk.

I could see last year's draft picks playing in summer league just for extra practice, Ivey and Duren, but not any of the other young guys

Livers and Burks get their options picked up, Eugene and RJ get their dates pushed back to when the preseason games end

There's basically no chance Wemby is still playing by then. If they let him play more than one game, I'll be surprised.

Unless we get a major upgrade at the 4 in free agency, there's every reason to anticipate Wiseman and/or Bagley getting time there next season. Not saying it's a good plan or what I'd do, but that's a big part of why I was team Hendricks for the draft. :-P

Eugene and Livers ain't going anywhere. They are much needed depth at the 3/4.

There's a good chance Killian will be Cade's backup next year, sorry to deceive you.

I have confidence in Monty that he won't put 2 non shooting centers on the court together. I don't think Weaver will mettle with playing time like he did with Casey anymore either.

There's a difference between depth and quality depth. Quality depth would be nice.

Free agency hasn't started yet, we have no idea what the depth will look like until then.

Surprised slightly of Ivey in the summer league. The other I agree should be there. I can’t see Wiseman here long term. Wiseman could go in a S&T for Cameron.

Good point about Monty not going to be as pliable as Casey with the front office.

I kinda liked the Midnight game. Sad to see we didn’t get it this year. Hopefully Ausar and Sasser play all the games so we don’t end up with the squad we did last year after game 3.
